Tutto Fresco is a wonderful Italian restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was made with fresh ingredients and did not take long to make even during brunch on a busy Saturday afternoon. The spinach ravioli was tasty, and great with marinara sauce. The vegetable pasta was incredibly fresh. The ambiance in the restaurant makes for a really relaxing lunch with plenty of natural light and plants/decorations. I simply docked one star on service because we had to repeatedly ask for things before they accommodate us.

The atmosphere is amazing. Absolutely loved the music that they played. I ordered a Pink lemonade & not once was I asked if I’d like a refill but I was asked if I was done so they could take away my glass. The food was fabulous & so flavorful. No leftovers too take home

Love Tutos. Got the pot pie and hot damn, so good. Just a beautiful restaurant, great service and great food. Personal favorites, the BBQ chicken pizza, and the pot pie…then finish with carrot cake bites which are to kill for.

Lush greenery and inviting entrance. Patio remained cool even on a warm day. Service was cheerful, efficient and attentive. Warm bread with custom dipping oil – yum. Understandably known for clam chowder- award worthy. Seafood pasta was very delicious and generous portion to enjoy it again. Even the restrooms were notable and immaculate. Food, service and atmosphere all stellar. It’s worth the drive. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Had lunch there this afternoon. It was a large group of us. Waiters got all our orders correct. The food was delicious, and the service was very fast, polite, and thoughtful. Amazing atmosphere. I give them 8 out of 10 stars. Highly recommend the squash spaghetti and the coffee. They were very good.

Unfortunately, when we went for dinner on Christmas Eve, it was pouring outside, and the seating they have that borders outside was a bit wet. Luckily, we eventually found a dry spot next to the fireplace. The calamari appetizer we had was excellent, as was the sauce, and our individual dinners were just as good. I had the meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables as the side, and everything was amazing. My daughter loved her seafood pasta, with shrimp and clams, and everyone else LOVED their food as well. There was plenty of parking, and the servers were attentive to our needs, especially when we wanted drink refills. I HIGHLY recommend Tutto Fresco!

I visited Tutto Fresco in Rancho Santa Margarita to celebrate my dear friend’s going away. Since this is her and her daughter’s favorite spot, I really wanted it to be special, and it was perfect.
Service & Vibe: The service was impeccable from start to finish. Making a reservation was a breeze, and our server, DJ, was truly amazing—so warm and friendly. He even took very cute pictures of us after the restaurant was closed. The staff’s energy perfectly matched the fun, vibrant ambiance of the restaurant. I also love that if you sit outside, they provide blankets and space heaters to keep you cozy!
The Food: I’ve been here a couple of times and the food is always delicious. This time I had the local blackened halibut over quinoa, caramelized onions, spinach, and brussels sprouts. It was so good that I wish I lived closer just so I could DoorDash it to my house every day!
The Drinks: Their cocktails are unique, interesting, and extremely tasty. The “Lavender Essence” was the table favorite, and the staff was even able to make them as mocktails for the non-drinkers in our group.
Overall, just a great, fun vibe with top-tier food. This place easily gets 5 stars from me!

We came during holiday season and love the Christmas decorations. The table and seats are very cozy and comfortable. The waitress is friendly and very helpful. All the food we ordered are yummy and the complimentary bread was surprisingly good, we finished the first basket and almost finish the 2nd one. We had a great time at this restaurant and everyone was satisfied with full stomach. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Italian food.
