I went into this location with a bunch of friends to get drinks and food. Ive never been into one, because I cant anything there due to dietary preferences. I ordered fried pickles, and my partner mentioned said dietary preferences to the gentleman behind the bar (Didn’t get his name, but it was Du something) and when he brought out the friend pickels and realized they were for me, he offered to bake them.
They took a while to bake, so he also have me desserts for the wait. He deserves a raise.

Very slow. Ordered wings for Super Bowl hours in advance, and expected a bit of a wait. But two hours? Last year wasn’t that bad. And never got my food, was promised a refund and will update if I never got it.

This was my second visit to Buffalo Wild Wings after a long break due to previous issues with staff performance and cleanliness. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The service was extremely slow, drinks took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and the floors and walls were visibly dirty.
The bartender appeared more focused on chatting with friends or regulars than attending to customers, and there was no visible manager or supervisor present to address these issues. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Ian was our server and he was awesome! He gave us exactly the kind of service my friend and I like receiving at restaurants. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the promotions and enthusiastic about their rewards program without being pushy about it. He was super friendly and made our night. Best service I’ve received throughout my trip from Canada. Shout out Ian we loved you!

Absolutely awful service. Slow, and unprofessional. From the moment we walked in to paying service was terrible the whole time. To top it off our appetizer came after our entrees were delivered and they never brought our side orders. To add to it our chicken was cold when we got it. We also saw multiple people walking up asking to pay and the servers would argue who to blame instead of helping customers. It’s clear management has let this place lose all its standards.

Sunday at 7 p.m., we were a group of 8 people. It took 50 minutes for the food to arrive. The waiter was very rude. We asked for the spicy wings on the side, and they brought everything mixed together.

Very disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Service took over an hour, the waitress barely checked on us, and our food arrived cold. Long wait times and poor service made the visit frustrating. Staff needs better training and more attention to customers.
