Outrageously overpriced food for unbelievably poor quality. Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin meal that used to only costs $5.00 for their value meal, only for it to be jacked up to $8.00, including the $0.30 they charged me for my drink. And it was served to me in a depressing and grotesque, with it being partially burnt.
Very disappointed by the service here.

This McDonald’s is consistently excellent. Service is usually very fast and meals are accurate. Do a great job of keeping it clean. The play place is great for kids. 10 out of 10 recommend!

the south McDonald’s has slowly been going down in quality. not sure if it’s from the road construction taking forever but seems to have started when construction started.
workers are nice but they mess up my sauces and certain things we want left off the burgers like onions/ tomatoes.
Prices are crazy for what you get, definitely a once in awhile place for me.

I’ve been coming here to get my food for a little while and have had consistent results every time. Nothing super special, food is usually cold or the wait times are long. However yesterday I went through the drive through and ordered what I thought was simple. Two double cheeseburgers with extra onion. Neither one had cheese on them. Then, I ordered a spicy mcchicken. I get maybe half way through and see that there are green Brillo fibers from a scrubber pad inside my sandwich. DISGUSTING. The manager I talked to didn’t sound phased or surprised at all and immediately offered to send me a voucher, but did not ask what the rest of my order contained so I could replace it at a later date. I understand mistakes happen but this is a safety issue and could have ended much worse. I usually try not to make a stink about simple mistakes, but this is NOT a simple mistake! Be better!

Let’s be honest. With regard to quality, McDonald’s food is garbage. This review will not be about the food, but the grounds.
The lobby was clean and bustling with customers and workers. I feel that this restaurant is well staffed and we received our food quickly. Aside from taste (this review isn’t about quality) the food was hot.
The PlayPlace was clean, litter free, and had a permanent staff member assigned to the area. The bathroom in the main lobby, however, was in need of some attention. There was water all over the floor beneath the urinal and again all over the sink countertop.
Outside of that, the grounds were clean and maintained. We visited on Saturday, September 21st, 2019 around 9:45am.

This McDonald’s has really turned into a run down place. Tables and floors were dirty. The last 4 out of 5 times we went through the drive through they didn’t give us BBQ sauce and, though we ordered BBQ sauce when we ate in, we didn’t get any. I spoke to the manager about this. If you can go to another McDonald’s, do so!

Okay, McDonalds, your product has seriously gone downhill. The chicken sandwich we ordered, looked like a nugget on a bun. You guys should be ashamed of what your selling. Thank goodness we have Wendy’s.
