Joy and inclusion are what I think of at this location. The staff is happy to help and guide you through the menu. The location is huge and can easily seat groups of ten or more! The arcade is perfect to entertain kids before or after eating. Overall we love how accessible everything is and the friendly staff! Keep up the awesome work

l called to place my order was put on hold for 10 minutes. I arrived at bill grays before anyone came back to take my order. I get there and it’s not busy at all and place my order. Then I order my food when I pick up I the girl that put me on hold and laughs when I address this when I arrive to place my order slams the bag down says “you set” and walks off to go have social hour with other ladies who she was already having social hour with when I was put on hold ( I was listening to them having a full blown conversation) I ordered a milkshake didn’t get it ordered Mac salad barely anything in the container mushrooms overcooked. This was the WORST experience ever. Do better Bill Grays.

I like the place. Staff is friendly, looks like they hire a ton of people with disabilities, which I think is great! Kitchen looks clean but the floors are always dirty and sticky, dining area needs more attention. Saying this I have never gotten sick from food. So dining area dirty but food and kitchen is up to par.

Fish fry Friday. Restaurant was very busy and it took quite a while for our pager to go off to pick up our food. The phone never stopped ringing – as in, I don’t think anyone picked it up.
Cole slaw was nearly tasteless. On the plus side, $0.50 for additional tartar is actually for two, and if you have to pay for extras, a quarter apiece seems reasonable. Fish and potatoes were delicious.
Typically pricey for this local chain, as two (large) fish with slaw, potatoes, medium drinks and extra tartar came to over $45.

Horrible service tonight, very disappointing. Emerson was the only positive part of my trip to Bills Grays. The rest of the service was horrendous. I can understand being backed up and being short staffed. However, I received a text that that my order was ready and 15 minutes later I still didn’t have it. I was not upset about a longer wait than anticipated, just don’t text me that my order is ready and make me wait 15 more minutes. When another customer comments on how much food is prepared but not sent out yet and I look, the staff should recognize that we can hear the names they are calling us and the words they are using to describe us. Unfortunately our food was not great either and clearly had been sitting. We had ordered “well fries” but they were not well done. With our fish fry we ordered fries and coleslaw but we got two orders of fries. Disappointing ending to a disappointing experience. Thank you to Emerson for keeping us updated and for doing her best. It isn’t easy to be the front facing person with a lot of angry customers. I hope she can keep up her positive attitude while working with some other very negative people.

Used to always order from here, but the waiting time is ridiculous. We walked in a few weeks ago, and had to wait 30 minutes for our order to be complete. We figured they were understaffed, but then we ordered on Grubhub, and it took them an hour and a half to complete the order. We won’t be ordering from here again. I’m sure the staff is working hard. The issue is likely bigger than them.
Tldr: Avoid ordering from here unless you’re willing to wait a long time.

Placed 2 separate orders and paid. Waited almost 20 minutes and only one order. Asked about the other order and they said it didn’t come up. Waited another 10 minutes for the second order, both were cold. Got home and burgers were made all the same and not what we ordered. All 4 burgers had lots of mayo, little lettuce and several dill pickles. We never ordered that; they were cold and terrible. Fries were cold and about half the size. Very very disappointed. Nothing was good, very unappetizing. Called and they said come back and we’ll make you a new order. At that point that wasn’t a good idea. BTW in the time I waited a family of 8 came in ordered, got their food, sat down, and started eating. Next time we want burgers, it will be either Tom Wahls or Charlie’s.

Ive been to this Bill Grays several times and its been great every time…except last night.
We came in to pick up our online order and the woman working the counter was beyond rude and disrespectful. When my sister asked her for our drink cups she asked her what size we ordered. We have never been asked this, I know in fast food you have the S M or L options but I have never seen that in a place like Bill Grays, so my sister responded confused and said whatever size the meals are. The worker snapped at her, popping her neck and shoulders towards her saying “Idk what meal you got, what size?” My sister then responds saying we got cheeseburger meals and we were given our cups. I understand its Friday night during dinner rush, you’re busy, but that was just completely uncalled for.
I had to go back up and ask for a drink tray and there was a different attendant who was very pleasant, asked if we had everything we needed so he made the experience a little better.
But then, we get home and I opened up my bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was completely raw. I don’t have to go into further detail. This is insane to me that a cook saw this and thought it was ok to serve. Just ruined the meal for me. Every other time has been great. The place is always very clean and good great.
Not sure what was happening in there last night but I think a couple people need to take some trainings on basic respect and food safety.

Fun place to get pub food. Had a great plate and it was less greasy than others. Has an arcade and fun aesthetic. The milk shakes are great!
