Fries came out cold, I didn’t complain. BBQ sauce not on burger as requested, I did not complain. Having to put my food in a togo container and bag it myself, still no complaints. Being secretly charged for an Entertainment fee iao $2.99, we have an issue. READ YOUR RECEIPT DETAILS BEFORE PAYING.

My partner and I come to the Cherry Hill location a few times a month. The issue I have is that you never know what kind of service you’ll get. These young servers work for tips but don’t like to move like they want the $$$. It’s supposed to “bottomless” sides and “free” refills on beverages, but you it’s a good chance you won’t find your server to ask for this or for them to notice. There have a been a few times they we were never asked for a refill or another order off sides. The server passed by us numerous times and complete silence. These young ones are lazy. People pay a lot of $$$ to go out and eat and expect decent service! Even when we do get bottomless sides, you get sea rations. Common sense would say if you see that persons drink is empty, ask them if they want a refill, how about another order of side after bringing the their main course, etc. it’s not that difficult. My thing is, if Red Robin is telling their staff not to do this, but advertising that they do offer this free refills and bottomless sides, then it’s very misleading and false advertisement!

Despite being almost empty, took a few minutes to get seated because no one was at the from counter. Waiter forgot our appetizer until after our entrees were served, food was average, were almost charged for drinks we didnt have so double check your bills before you pay.

I love the whiskey River barbecue Burger. It is my favorite. They’re french fries are delicious the onion rings are also very good. Service and the staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Love Red Robin. If you like burgers like I like burgers this is the place to go

Come to this Red Robin pretty often. Despite being a late night, service was great, and quick. Teagan did a great job making us feel welcome and efficiently updating us. The burger I usually get was PHENOMENAL. Everything came out hot, and everyone was friendly. Clean establishment as well.

We ordered online for 10 ppl. Burgers, American cheese, Brioche buns. Big box of toppings and sauces and spreads all included. We even got paper goods. The only problem was, they forgot my chips. Someone brought them as soon as I called.

Had an awesome experience at this Red Robin! The food came out hot, fresh, and fast; exactly what you want from a burger place. I got the Whiskey River BBQ Burger and it was fantastic. Our server, Roger, was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. He checked in just the right amount and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell the staff here care about the guest experience. I’ll definitely be back.
