OMG, this is what they call eggplant?!?! Order 31$ white pizza, comes with 4 cheeses, supposed fresh garlic ( still looking for it ) and eggplant that’s a 16th of an inch thick and looks like a pita bread chip out of a bag. So disappointed I thought this place was supposed to be better than pronto. Went there because pronto was closed but won’t make that mistake again. If you’re an eggplant lover like me then you know what eggplant should taste like what the consistency should be. There should be a little seeds and it should be a little mushy and it should have some flavor well look at the video and photo to see what they consider to be a $31 pizza. I could’ve bought groceries for half the week with that. The only thing good I can say is that the cheese was good but for the likes of me, I can only taste one flavor of cheese in this pizza, not four. Oh and by the way, I got charged four dollars and changed for what they consider to be eggplant. And three dollars for a few pieces of tomato.

Ok this pizza is LEGIT! Like seriously. If you are like me, and just moved to Ocala recently and have been trying different pizza spots in a seemingly endless attempt to find something that tastes like the pizza your used to, look no further! Stop going to other places in town only to be disappointed (especially wise guys) Just stop it. Go here instead!

Formaggio Pizza and Italian Restaurant is an easy place to love if you want comforting Italian food that feels consistent and well-made. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and loaded with toppings, and the crust had a nice bite without being too thick. I also tried a pasta dish and it came out fresh, flavorful, and nicely portioned for the price. Service was friendly and kept things moving, and the overall vibe is casual and welcoming—great for families or a quick dinner. Definitely a reliable spot I’d come back to when I’m craving pizza or classic Italian.

Just tried this place and I really enjoyed it! We ordered the cheesy bread and margherita pizza, both were delicious. The place was very calm and the attention was amazing. Every single person in that restaurant came to check in on us which we really appreciated! We will be back to try more things!

We are from out of town and came by here on our first night arriving. I actually can’t believe how delicious everything was. We waited about 10 minutes for a table, greeted by a friendly waiter and ordered a meatball marinara pizza and the cheese bread and caramel cheesecake for dessert. I’ve been to Italy and I can’t explain it but I’ve NEVER had a pizza in America taste this authentic. I was pausing every few seconds The owner was super kind and checking on us throughout the meal. Would definitely visit more if we lived here.

1st time there. Server was nice, good service & friendly. We all (4. of us) had eggplant Parm. Wife & I ordered the salad for 2. Salad was presented beautifully and was plenteous and very delicious. Only thing, the portions of the eggplant parm was skimpy. Tasted very good. This was dinner time, not lunch menu, but it is what it is. We can get better portions at other local Italian restaurants for the same price.

Our first time there Thurs Dec 4th. When my husband says, keep this on our list, it’s good! The garlic knots where the best I’ve ever had, mild on the garlic. The Lasanga was very cheesy and very good. He had a combo sandwich and loved every bite.

Not that any other comment isn’t valid but I’m from Jersey and we all know that I had to give it a test. N we also all know that when it comes to food no one can compare to Northern food! BUT OMGOSH! I believe we found a lil piece of the North in this place! Where do I start! The pizza YUP! The pasta fagioli YUP YUP their salads YUP the chocolate mousse YES PLEASE! The mozzarella sticks! FAGETABOUTIT! Everything we eat here is just DELICIOUS! N btw, I don’t do reviews but this was a must! So thank you for being here ! ENJOY!

Great place to get some Italian food. We had the deluxe pizza. They actually upgraded us a pizza size for free. Their pizza was very good. Mom had the stuffed shells and meatballs. Very cheesy and tasty. The service was top notch. We also had a Greek salad. Very good experience.
