I have loved this place for years and used them for large burrito orders for the rest of the staff that I work with for the city. Unfortunately The quality of the food has gone down so far it’s disappointing. Tonight 10/11/2025 The woman working the drive-thru was very unprofessional. Joking around with the cook and acting like I wasn’t even there. The drive-thru is not even working and I stayed for 15 minutes before thinking about just leaving. I ended up ordering and my carne asada was so dry no amount of red sauce could save it. I’ve had many carne asadas from this place and this was the worst one. This will be my last visit to this restaurant. I don’t see the staying open much longer. Shame on your Supervisors and Owners for ruining a Prescott Valley restaurant that used to be loved and respected within the community.

We always get breakfast burritos here and they are the best. They are huge and satisfying. The steak is never chewy or fatty and not dry or overcooked. Very accommodating for adding or deleting items from our order.

I love the food but over the years and how long this place has been there. You figure that they would have spent money to update the restaurant. It’s run down like no one cares anymore. I really hate to see this place like this. My family really love the food. Cheese enchiladas never melted and cooked right. I know they take a bit to cook so I put up with it. Run down and the driveway is likely to damage your car if you go through the crator at the end of it. Food use to be good but now it’s just ok and the prices keep going up. You can literally eat at a sit down restaurant for the same price.

FOOD POISONING???!!!This use to be one of my favorite places to eat but never again. And I hope others reading this will stop eating there too and let it close down like their other location in Prescott. I have been sick for a week now and on 10/19/2025 I ordered the super nachos for dinner woke up threw up and then without the dirty details I have felt like complete crap. I guess there isn’t a way to prove it other than the increased disgusting inside that has steadily gottten worse. I will see about filing a report with the health department. I will never eat there again and will be looking forward to seeing a permanently closed sign on this place! People please stay clear of this place there are much better and cleaner places to eat!

I went looking for food tonight so I went on the website and looked at the menu. I saw they have a chimnechanga plate for ten dollars. Well when they got there, they’re wanting to charge me fifteen. I told them I just went to their website cause I was looking to get something to eat.And it says, chimneychonga, the number sixteen plate for ten dollars. I said, that’s kind of false advertisement, isn’t it. Only thing she could tell me is sorry. I asked to speak to the manager the boss, somebody and the only thing she said was sorry. Horrible customer service. I do not suggest you go to this place.

If you find yourself here, the chile relleno burrito with added steak is to die for. It might be the best burrito of my life, and I say that carefully as I grew up in San Diego, eating the very best of tacos and burritos.

I love alfonsos and eat there all the time. Pretty sure they charged my card incorrectly and stole 10 dollars for tips. My total was 25 and gave them two 10 dollar bills and said put the rest on my card. Check this morning and 15 dollars was charged to my card. So where did that extra 10 dollars go? Probably straight to the tip jar without my knowledge. Extremely disappointed and dont appreciate being stolen from.

Large portions but the meat was a little overdone and all the toppings made the crispy flautas soggy. My son was thrilled with the taco that was almost as big as his head. Good value the pricing was affordable.
