Worst spot ever DO NOT COME HERE!!! Slowest service ever one girl was standing up front doing literally nothing. No one taking orders at all I usually avoid this location but since it’s on the way home decided to go big mistake. Didn’t even get to order food because no one took my order so I just left. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Wendy’s on university dr off of sunset strip way better service all around.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I come to this location on my way home frequently and this night I ordered, I found a quarter in my burger. It was unacceptable and disgusting. The GM reached out and left a voicemail and her tone seemed very uninterested and nonchalant that I didn’t even bother to return her call. This location needs to be shut down because if it’s not the excessive wait times, it’s the lack of customer service or cold food. Definitely won’t be coming back to this one. The quarter was the last straw for me. Do better.

I stopped in with my autistic son after a long walk wanting some signature lemonade. I politely asked for the item and she asks me what size . Nothing wrong with that but I was more concerned about the prices so I asked what’s the difference in price so I can make a valid selection. Instead of breaking down the prices of the sizes I was given attitude. The manager block female did the same thing. If a customer is asking for prices there is nothing wrong with that. And to tell a customer yea! Make it make sense! Thats out of order and disrespectful. Maybe you don’t deserve leadership position. I left the store and notified corporate of the interaction. This location is trash based off leadership and staff. I don’t recommend unless you’re really that hungry

This manager at Wendy’s has a disgusting attitude . After spending my money in here as I usually do because this location is closer to my house . I realized my phone was dying so I wanted to charge it but I noticed there was no outlets in the eating area so I brought a chair to an available outlet out of the way . No customers were coming in so I was in no ones way. She claimed I have to get up . As you can see in the pictures I’m in no one’s way.

I came to this Wendy’s May 31st to order my son. A chicken nugget kids meal. I didn’t have an issue with the food. However one of the employees decided to steal my card number information. And process a charge of 120.00 dollars from Cricket wireless. My bank immediately alerted me. My card was cancelled…. The bank confirmed that someone who processed my debit encrypted money from card. By the Grace of God, my fraud alert team. Was able to track the transaction. I will never use another debit at this establishment ever again.
