Visit this place for 2 consecutive days and see the same situations. People in charge don’t know how to manage customers and don’t know how to deal with rush. Self kiosks don’t have paper to print the receipt, claim your order is hard, customers angry for the slow service. In this 2 days 40 minutes is the average time to get your food. Me as owner of this specific franchise I’m firing all the staff and hire new team with a good compromise to serve don’t matter what. At the end I get the food, no what I order…

Very unfriendly workers. Had me pull around because I don’t know why? Maybe to keep their timer low. I mean a kids meal and two Burger meals shouldn’t take 15 minutes and I ordered a head on the app. Then they had two other cars pull around after me. And they forgot half my order.

I can’t leave a review on the food because I didn’t get it i pulled in at around 9:28 I ordered a combo meal and an additional large fry..I got to the counter and and paid my bill. They then asked me to pull forward dispite being the only car in the drive through. I said no thank and she shut the window. Second later I was met by a lady with braids and a attitude telling me needed to pull forward I was “on their timer” I suggested that they prepare the food quicker and she immediately pulled out a machine to give me my money back. I drove to Wendy’s and had my food quicker than the time it took me to write this review

This is one of the WORST McDonald’s ever. We come here for 2 happy meals almost once a week because of gymnastics. They take 15min to take your order, then they pull you to wait for your food for another 15 mins and your food isn’t even warm or good. You can’t leave the line because you’re stuck. It’s unbelievable how bad they are. This will be my last time going. Already on 20 min wait and I was just pulled to wait for my food. 10pc nug meal and a hamburger happy meal…could you imagine if I ordered a dinner box?!

Very excited to already see the Shamrock shake being served in February. I love the neon green frosty drink…I do want to try the Oreo shamrock shake & see how I like it. I normally always get the fish with extra tartar but on occasion a hamburger sounds good. My nephew just loves those Oreo McFlurry. It does look like a kids size McFlurry in his large hands. Lol — He swears that this McDonald’s has THE VERY BEST FRIES in Trumbull County! They were tasty!

This McDonald’s location is what keeps all the bad McDonalds stereotypes alive. Forced to order off of a kiosk, long chaotic wait for food, unsalted fries, incorrect drink size, flat diet coke, the works!!!
In the several minutes we were waiting for our food, several people went up to the counter to and were either told that they were out of the item they ordered, or were trying to correct several messed up items given to them in their order. Also, no soda fountain so you are forced to go to the counter to ask the stressed out workers for a refill of their deliciously flat and tasteless soda.
Eat here if you love bad quality McDonald’s food with even worse service!

Waited for strips. That was the only thing hot. Fries soggy and cold. Probably the worst I’ve had in years. Fish cold. Cheese not slightly melted. Uber or go elsewhere.

Jesus christ if you want to het an order in without waiting nearly 20 minutes, make sure to go thru the drive thru, and as for truckers who cant go thru the drive thru…. I dont know, maybe walk thru the drive thru or something…. otherwise just going to the counter can result in staggering wait times with the excuse being “well im the only one working in the front so there’s nothing I could do…” yeah that was the excuse for standing in the back for 10 minutes talking then taking another six minutes to take a drive thru order first…. but luckily im a nice calm person…

This location is attached to a Pilot fuel station. I arrived at 9:15.
3 attentive young ladies (One is a manager) were running the entire kitchen, the drive thru,taking out trash, acting as cashiers, and cleaning the customer seating area. The lady being the cashier for the moment didn’t know what to do with my customer survey coupon (happens at every location)
The highly personable and heavily tattooed manager knew what to do with the coupon, and asked me if I would allow them to make fresh fries and Filet-O-Fish. It was worth the wait. Extremely hot, delicious and perfect.
Although this location is seriously understaffed at this hour, and many impatient, even obnoxious drunk white customers need to be dealt with, These 3 ladies maintain a positive attitude.
