Stopped by for breakfast cause I was in the area and wanted to try something new. I wanted pancakes so I asked the waitress her thoughts on the pumpkin pancakes and she said they were really good. And they really were! So soft and filled with that pumpkin spice goodness. The coffee was delicious too and I usually don’t drink more than a cup and I had two! Everything came out so fast too which I was impressed because it was pretty busy. Will definitely be back with family

As I was paying my check, I was told by the lovely cashier that they were previously on the corner of Semoran and University, guess what, we dined there years ago, but the strip mall was leveled and is now a Raising Cains plus others.
We are so happy that we found the diner again! The food was great and the servers were very attentive. Excellent value as well. Will definitely return, even though it is a bit of a trip for us. Will come back and try lunch as we had breakfast both prior visits.

The food at Johnny’s diner is unbelievable. The prices make you feel like he went back in time to like the late 80s. Everyone here is really cool and cordial. I’ve never been asked if my coffee needed to be refilled so many times as the customer service is six star, but I can’t give it that. Should you find yourself in the area do yourself a service and go to Johnny’s diner you will not regret it.

Ok, so let me start off with the positive. The Staff is amazing and the vibes you get inside are pretty nice. However the food was rather underwhelming. Everything was cooked correctly but the taste was bland. Ordered an Omelette, Pancakes and Hashbrowns which came out to around $20. For that I could’ve went to a iHop or Waffle House and got better and more food. Also my omelette came with ingredients that were not included in the menu as well as the hash browns being unseasoned and the eggs being unseasoned as well. I will give their lunch menu a shot but I’m not expecting much. Hopefully my mind changes.

Long legacy diner.
My family has been here several times. For a birthday, we decided to experience Johnny’s for breakfast. This was my first time. The space was tight but the staff understood quick. Food was good. Service was good. What impressed me was that one of the owners was proudly serving. She pointed to her husband, the other owner, who was on the grill, and her daughter who was serving. This is truly a family restaurant. I will be back to support this family as they serve my community.

I love that every time I eat here, I feel right at home! The entire staff is so kind and helpful, and attentive! They make sure you have whatever you need and keep a smile on their faces! The place is kept in a spotless condition and the decor is beautiful! The food is delicious and gives that warm, nostalgic feeling of eating at the local diner as a kid. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The chicken fingers are amazing. They’re juicy. My kids love them. I’ve ordered several items here now and all have been very good. I’ve had the country fried steak, the biscuits and gravy, the cinnamon French toast, waffle and chicken fingers. Everything so far has been very good. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice.

Love their new location. I always wanted to try them when they were at their old location, but it was too crazy trying to find a table. Food was great and came out real hot. Staff is constantly checking on you and refilling your coffee. I especially liked the sausage gravy. The best detail is the cooks know how to make an egg. The egg on my omelet was perfectly wrapped around the filling, and we had one order of eggs that came out with the yolk perfect for dipping. We will definitely be back.

Good food, nice people. Place was jammed packed and staff was working hard to get peoeple seated. Food came out fast especially for how busy it was. Staff was friendly and price was fair. Would definitely return!
