It was my first time ever going to a Sonic, it won’t be my last. I LOVED THE FOOD, especially their fries. They don’t skimp on toppings for your burgers or sandwiches like most other fast food places. There was a 15+minutes wait but only because it was busy. Trust me when I say, it was worth the wait. Very nice service and they double checked the order to make sure we had everything. Very reasonable prices and a lot to choose from.

Some of the new staff either need more training, or to rethink their life choices. The staff that have been there longer are amazing, and always make my stops a good experience!
One young man was either really bad at their job, or just overwhelmed, as I was being given my order, and I had not paid yet. He had told a different staff member that I had…I was honest and paid for my order, but that is not good for business!

I got a 3 piece chicken strip meal with tater tots and a cherry limeade and asked for ranch and honey mustard. Once I got back to my hotel I noticed there was no straw for my drink, no big deal I’ll just open the lid, then come to find there is no ice in my drink. As I go to open the food I had gotten 4 things of ranch and no honey mustard. The chicken strips were very flat and small.

Waited for 15 minutes for my food. If my boyfriend wasn’t with me I would have left. The people in front of me had 40 dollar order.. I had a 10 dollar order. Why do yall not pull people by the trash can???? The most disappointing thing is my fries were iced cold. Like as cold as Antarctica. After waiting for a longggggg time!!

Worst sonic I’ve ever had. Whoever took our order didn’t even care to listen us and messed up a majority of it. I threw my drink away before i left the parking lot.

It’s usually been excellent except the past few times. On a few different days and times I have just ordered 2 drinks through the app and it takes them 30 mins to bring out two drinks. Their speakers were also having difficultly at this time. My past few experiences have been iffy but in general this place is pretty good

Taste made up for the wait time! The button on the order screen did not have a person answer for 10+ minutes. They were busy at 245 PM in the afternoon. Food was correct and ice cream delicious after a long roadtrip with 2 hours to go.

Disappointed. Several of the drive in stalls were not working. Service was slow for just a root beer float. Worst of all the float was awful. How do you mess up a root beer float?

If you want Sonic in a timely manner, skip this store. Sat in line for 20 minutes before reaching the window. Sat another 10 at window.
Why did we use the drive thru? Thsts for asking. ALL the drive in spots were out of order. Fantastic. The whole point of Sonic.
One good thing about sitting and waiting that long would probably be good scenery. Not here, nope. You get to stare at a dilapidated and emaciated shell of a Sonic. Broken awnings. Merchandising displays falling down. Its like even the building was trying to get away.
So yeah, just save yourself the torture. Go find a different Sonic. One that still feels the love of corporate. One that hasn’t been forgotten to the Keokuk badlands.

Took 30 minutes in drive through just to be told that they don’t do more than 1 order per car. Was never informed before taking order. The lady at the window was completely rude about everything too. She also had an AirPod in and had to repeat ourselves multiple times.
