Why you gonna make someone wait at the speaker for 5 minutes to tell me your closed when you are open for at least 45 more minutes. I work food service too, late customers suck but you take their orders. The late crowd justifies your closing staff. Gen Z needs a work ethic I’m gonna go to bed hungry cuz these kids don’t want to make a cheeseburger. Either update your hours online or write up your night crew; online says open until 12 I shouldn’t waste my time and gas for some 18 year old lives at home teen to tell me I can’t eat today after working 12 hours. Rolls my eyes.

Strongly would avoid this Mcdonalds. Employees spent most of their time in the back on their phones and difficult to even get their attention. My burger was made wrong, had to ask for napkins as well even though I had three separate orders, none them had napkins included. Also, no refills, asked an employee about it, they just mumbled something and didn’t answer. At least my ‘second’ quarter pounder was good. Will never return.
Edit – follow up, the GM reached out to me, addressed my concerns and was extremely nice. I greatly appreciate them following up and correcting the situation for future customers.

I always go here after work and they’re always on point. This time though they gave me the God Damned cheese pounder instead of a quarter pounder haha. They’re good 99% of the time though just a minor slip up

Yesterday I stop in for Big Mac. Medium with a coke. When I got home and opened my bag, fries were dumped it the bag, the I opened the Big Mac, took a bite and found no meat patties, all toppings were there but no meat. Usually I have good service but was very disappointed this time.

I haven’t dined in at a McDonald’s in years. Although you can now order yourself and the need to interact with employees is pretty limited. What I will say is that the woman working up front was the sweetest and kindest to my kids and I. She made sure we were good and had everything we needed, came and checked on us, and when I asked for sauces and ice she was happy to help. In the 30 some odd years I’ve gone to a McDonald’s, this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at one and if I’m being honest even topped most restaurants I’ve been to.

I went here for breakfast and for some reason the person changed my order to just a plain English muffin. I asked her if this was some kind of joke and she said yes. I said it wasn’t even funny and she said people actually order it this way. So I drove off. I don’t think I want to come here anymore

I like McDonald’s, and I’m willing to admit it. McDonald’s, including this one, is consistent. I like the hamburgers and the french fries, in particular. They are consistently good, with consistency being key. I would rather have a McDonald’s hamburger than a fancy hamburger from a sit-down restaurant.
