Usually I have no problems here but the last couple of times just wasn’t it. I had to wait over an hour for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. ( I had to end up calling the Wendy’s line which I don’t like doing on people because I’ve worked in fast food before and I know how it can be)Trying to be understanding. That day was horrible. Another time we were given cold food after waiting a bit and even had to go back in because an item was left off of our order. Idk what’s going on…and some of the attitudes are amazing…

Cashier at drive thru on 11/17/25 was very unprofessional. I asked is a simple question regarding the sauce and was told “oh I don’t know , I don’t eat here” and then proceeded to just take my card and not give me a receipt or say anything . Then was told something by her and I didn’t understand so I asked what was said and then she just said “huh” …..definitely the younger generation needs a class in etiquette when talking to customers.

I have been waiting in a parking spot for a plain baked potato for 25 minutes. Tried to go inside to find out about the potatoe, doors were locked and finally got the attention of an employee who told me that it was almost done My chili is getting cold waiting on a baked potato. This is my last trip to this Wendy’s.

The fact that it’s only 2 PM in the afternoon and there was not a big rush. There wasn’t a full line and you still had the nerve to put burnt fries together and give it to customers you oughta be ashamed of yourself!!! Y’all continue to give fast food a bad name. I’m personally tired of complaining and making bad surveys on this particular restaurant. It’s not where you work at it’s not even where you started. You should take pride in where you work. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever stopped at in my entire life. As a prior Wendy’s employee, this Wendy’s is a disgrace, disgusting and the employees should be fired. Cussing each other out. Unhelpful. I waited over an hour for a mobile order because they couldn’t cancel or refund it. Out of fries, out of side substitutes. The food I did receive was either old, ice cold, or over cooked. I tried to reach out to customer service to just get a refund to be told they can’t do anything they have to send it to upper management. I waited over a week now for contact. None made so I reached out again to be told the same thing. Customer care can’t give me a refund upper management above the store has to contact and issue it. Marked my information priority and was told I have to wait. I wasn’t going to review this place, leave anything negative, could’ve been a bad day for the store. But, apparently it’s impossible for anyone related to this location to preform their duties. So here we are.

I went here for the first time in many years. The burger was not fresh and warm, and tasted like it had been sitting a while. The bread was dry. Did not taste good at all. The service was terrible, with the staff not even saying thanks or good bye. A world of difference compared to my local Wendy’s where the staff is friendly and the food is warm, fresh and tasty.

Staff are fine and service is good, but sometimes slow. Dining area is rarely ever totally clean, but not filthy, in my experience. I think the food is fine for a Wendy’s; however, the chicken ranch wrap was very gross and was falling apart in the tortilla the moment I opened the wrapping, so I won’t be buying that again.
