My wife and I ordered two Double Quarter Pounders (nearly $10 each) and were given regular cheeseburgers instead — items that cost around $2.50!!! We couldn’t return because our baby had already passed her bedtime. This is the second time this location has seriously messed up our order. The first time, we assumed it was a one-off mistake and let it go. This time, it’s unacceptable — especially when we’re paying premium prices for premium items. Please train your staff to double-check orders, especially high-value ones in the drive-thru.

The food I ordered was hot and fresh. The staff, I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
However, there were 2 separate homeless people using booths as makeshift rest stops to eat their own food items, not bought at McDonald’s, and storing their personal belongings. This made the environment uncomfortable while I ate.
I understand situations happen, but I hope the staff can keep a better eye on the dining area so customers can enjoy their meals without being approached for money.

Dont go to this location. Open 24 hours but when my bf went at 3:30 am after a long night shift and they had their drive thru coned up so he did the curbside. Waited 20 minutes before he started calling them. No answer. He called MULTIPLE TIMES. so he finally went to the window and they came up and he thought all was good. Nope. Saw one guy in the lobby eating and the other workers were nowhere to be seen. All together he waited about 45 minutes before just leaving and calling corporate. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was looking forward to eating the food we ordered and one of them was a regular OREO McFlurry and they gave us a completely melted one like milk. We complained about it right as we got it but the staff that gave it to us said “That’s the way it is, it just came from the machine.” Then we said it’s not even like icecream cold like it should be then the associate just replied “That sucks.”. Didn’t even offer any other resolution and just gave all our items one by one instead of putting them in a bag. Very unprofessional and dismissing to our concern. We ordered our food in the app to get it as quickly as possible 30 MINUTES PRIOR to picking it up in drive thru to skip the wait but guess what but we still have to wait more than 20 minutes in line to receive our order. How ridiculous is that?

The restaurant was empty with two cars in the drive thru and it wasn’t moving. Went inside to pick up my order and Jessica the manager ignore me. I’m unsure if this shift is too busy for her
If she lacks communication skills or is simply working to work.
Great customers Jessica don’t ignore them by passing them twice.

️Long extended time waiting @ counter. Ordered placed worker added extra Quarter pounder which we did not order,so employee was not listening. Food was great and fresh but the Dr Pepper was broken…bummer.

I only have 30mins for lunch pulled into drive-thru and after 15 mins of waiting I left. I dont recommend this McDonald’s. Also there ordering screens in drive thru dont work its like been over a year. They dont care to fix the problem.

If you like your food cold and your ice melted, I highly recommend curbside orders here. If the drive thru is busy your order will sit on the counter for 20 minutes before they bring it out to you. You aren’t important.

MickyDs are usually a pretty poor pick for places to eat but this sure is something else. Drivethru displays are smashed, staff are pretty rude, I don’t want to know how this store is still open

Morning crew are the best this location is on my way to way to work I usually stop for coffee and a breakfast biscuit on the other hand night time crew and management are the worst and most unprofessional people doesn’t help when they don’t understand what you ordered causing them to screw it up not being racist but it is what it is . After going in to try to order the manager said lobby was closed so I then went through the drive thru that took over thirty minutes after waiting in line and then trying to get my simple order correct called the number on the window which she was rude too I will not go back to this location in the evening or night time
