We look forward to Mark’s Feed Store every time we’re in the Louisville KY area. Pro Tip: They have a great lunch buffet Sunday only until 3 pm. Of course we just missed it We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the Combo 1 with ribs, HoneyWings, pulled pork, & brisket. Their redskin potato salad is amazing. Homemade chips are awesome. Everything was very good. Servers were professional and personable.

Surprisingly very good. We had given up on Mark’s in general due to a few experiences at another location. But this one was super friendly, not over crowded, and the food was good. The games were on and we enjoywd a good meal and a little bball.

Was a little hesitant when I walked in. Feels like a dingy cracker barrell. But the food was very food, ribs are either the very good or horrible, no in between. They were fall off the bone and delicious. Fries were seasoned well and a nice highlight. Mac and cheese was meh, which I feel a bbq joint should always have a good mac.

I really appreciated the friendly staff. As a first time visitor the server patiently and thoroughly answered my questions. When I requested root beer she volunteered that it was bottled and not subject to refills. The ribs were cooked perfectly for me. I was pleasantly surprised by how much meat I had with the 6 bone portion. I didn’t know it was their policy, but I was given a slice of pie and a bottle of sauce because it was my first visit.

I just had the best dining experience at Mark’s Feed Store, thanks to our incredible server, Jordan. He was absolutely amazing at his job, and it’s clear he understands that being a server is about so much more than just bringing out food.
Jordan was so engaging and friendly, talking to us about anything and everything, which made our dinner ten times better. We saw him so often it felt like he was the only person working in the entire restaurant, and that just made us appreciate him even more.
Jordan is probably the best server I have ever had anywhere. He made us feel so included in our decisions and was genuinely helpful. He even managed to upsell me to a full slab of ribs and a 1/2 gallon of potato salad to take home, which I was more than happy to do!
We will definitely be back, and we will absolutely be asking for Jordan again.

Pretty good restaurant. I wasn’t overly impressed with our meals, but it was good. We will go back to give them another shot as the restaurant itself is actually very nice, especially if you like country and country music (which we do).

The fish is an overlooked dish! Try it! We always get the pulled pork, chicken or brisket, which are good. Try the fish! It will not disappoint. It is flavored with a lemon/pepper seasoning and fried to perfection. The green beans are always a side that matches any dish. The dinner plate comes with two huge pieces of fish that you can split with a friend for lunch or take a piece home for later.
