So I went through the drive-thru. First, I hate the robot that takes to order. That needs to be done away with and quite honestly that has turned me off to Bojangles and I don’t go to any Bojangles as often as I used to because of that. But tonight, I place my order through the robot and then when I finally got to the window I was told they were out of macaroni and cheese so I substituted mashed potatoes. I ordered a three-piece dark with mac and cheese and coleslaw and as previously mentioned I had to substitute mashed potatoes for mac and cheese. Well the mashed potatoes and I’m being kind were lukewarm. The biscuit which I love the bojangle biscuits because they’re always so soft and fluffy well this one apparently been sitting around for quite a while cuz it was crunchy. Also someone was very heavy-handed with the spice on the chicken. It was too hot to eat and I had to throw away two of the three pieces that I ordered. I will never ever go back to this particular location. Also the guy Manning the window all he did was hand out the box to me and said here you go and didn’t even look at me. I don’t know what’s happening with you all but you need to get your act together!

This restaurant on Airpord RD, Arden NC has bad management.
I placed an order at 3:30pm today online for a 22pc chicken meal including 2 sweet tea.
When I got to the restaurant the manager was complaining about my order and I heard him cussing at his other employees about my order.
He told me he was out of chicken breasts and offered to give me extra chicken legs as a replacement.
When I asked how long will it take to make more chicken breasts, he had a bad attitude and said it will take 20 minutes.
I said ok I will wait for the chicken breasts to cook.
After I said that, he rolled his eyes and turned around.
There was a younger lady employee who was there and she also had bad attitude with me and another customer.
The tables inside the restaurant was gross and they was not cleaned, the carpet was also dirty.
The restaurant was empty other than me and the manager and the employee
They could have taken the time to at least clean the tables, carpet, or the restroom.
But instead they were on their phone finding music to play.
This store needs a new manager and new employees who care for the customers.
What a dumpy restaurant!

Placed order in drive thru. After she swiped the card I was told a totally different amount. I said that’s not what I ordered. She said Would you like the order that you paid for ? I said no I want to pay for my order. She told me she fixed it and she didn’t. I didn’t know until I checked my credit card statement. I called back to speak with a manager only to be told I had to bring my receipt back and drive an hour each way for a correction. It wasn’t worth the five dollars but I wonder how often this happens.

They had a new untrained employee at the front register. We waited 45 minutes for our food. After about 30 minutes into the waiting he asked use if we had gotten our food No we had not . He also had not given us the receipt. We then had to instruct him again on what we ordered and then we had to tell him what prices of chicken to put in the box, also instruct him to fill the side’s container all the way full. The biscuits were over cooked and hard. We also had to tell him several times that we wanted unsweetened tea. The whole visit was a disaster.

Live in Utah and haven’t had a Cajun fillet biscuit in 10 years! My folks got me a couple before the got to the airport! Even 10 hours later it tastes like home ❤️ oh and they brought some dirty rice. Amazing ❤️

Everytime I come through I order a single chicken supremes meal for myself and nothing more.
Everytime I come through it’s the same experience.
Get told it will be a 5 minute wait, asked to pull up while they finish my order, and end up waiting 15-20 minutes before inevitably going in to get my food because they forgot I was here.
Stop telling people to pull forward if you’re going to forget about them. It’s incredibly rude to push someone who’s already paid for their food aside so you can serve other people who pulled up later.
I will not be coming back to this bojangles again, the service is terrible. The people who work here are incredibly rude to customers, often make the food poorly, mess up orders, forget items, and are more interested in getting people out of their business than actually doing business. Do yourself a favor and go to chic-fil-a who can have 20 cars around their building and still get you served properly within 5 minutes.
Bojangles does not know what efficiency is.

I hate going to any bojangles drive-thur cause you get a dang robot instead of a real person that knows what they doing i went to the one on airport rd today was not even finished ordering and the robot says will that be all and i said no and it said the total see you at the window i get to the window and told them can i add something else and was ignored very unhappy

I really like bojangles famous chicken. I think for fast food chicken it beats out the other chains with the exception of KFC. I had their double breast dinner. How can you beat 2 breasts? It came with a roll, mashed potatoes, and Cole slaw. It was quite good. Service was great. And the place was clean
