I got the freddy’s double with some of those crispy tater tots and it was delicious! The atmosphere was great.It was pretty quiet in there.Some low music playing and the staff was super friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend this location

I honestly do not even know where to start because this was one of the worst fast food experiences I have had in a long time. The place felt dirty the second I walked in with sticky tables, crumbs all over the floor, and trash that looked like it had not been emptied in hours, which immediately made me question everything. My steakburger came out dry and overcooked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp forever, but what really ruined it was finding a long eyelash stuck in the melted cheese and a long light brown hair pressed into the bun, which completely killed my appetite. The fries were cold and limp, the frozen custard was already half melted and strangely bland, and most of the staff acted like customers were a complete inconvenience. The only decent assistance I got was from a girl with black hair and very pale skin who actually tried to be polite and helpful, and she was the only reason I did not just walk out immediately, but one good employee could not make up for the filthy environment and contaminated food. I left feeling grossed out, disappointed, and honestly annoyed that I even spent money there, and I definitely will not be coming back.

I went in expecting a quick, satisfying meal and left completely disappointed. The restaurant felt unclean and poorly managed, with messy tables and a general lack of attention to detail. My burger was dry and flavorless, the fries were cold and soggy, and the custard was already melting and tasted bland. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, making the whole experience feel like customers were a burden. Overall, it was frustrating, underwhelming, and not worth the money, and I definitely will not be returning.

The environment and the work crew are very rude every single person that I spoke to was very rude and had no manners whatsoever, except one little girl who had bangs. I can’t remember her name, but she was the sweetest person fix your your crews attitude

Awesome staff & service, great food including the GLUTEN FREE option to turn any delicious burger into an amazing lettuce wrap, dazzling array of delicious customizable custards and sundaes!! Ordered 16 items through drive-thru. After paying, the drive-thru cashier asked me to pull to front of restaurant even though no one was behind me in the drive-thru. Asked the cashier if I pulled to the front, would the associate who brings out the food stay while I make sure the food is correct because I don’t want to have to go into the restaurant which is why I went through drive-thru. She said yes. Two females came out to my vehicle with one bag each in their hands. I let them know I would check the food before they leave and was told no, they have to go back in. *No one had name tags on, so I do not know anyone’s name.* I explained that the drive-thru girl assured me that they could. I explained that if 2 associates could bring out food, at least one could stay so I could verify real quick that the food is correct. She argued that they couldn’t for about 2 minutes, and I let her know I could have already checked the food while she was standing there arguing with me. She told me to have a good day, and they both walked back into the store. I then proceeded to check the food with the help of my 18 year old son, and the large cheddar curds and large chili cheese fries were not in the bag. I knew that was going to happen. So, I proceeded to gather all the food and shakes/drink and take it back in for a full refund. The main female who refused to allow me to verify the meal proceeded to stay in the back of the restaurant until I left. The manager processed my return, and I told her what had happened. I don’t appreciate being told it’s okay, then told the opposite when the food is brought out. I don’t appreciate attitude for me wanting to be sure I got what I paid for from the beginning. I don’t appreciate the drive-thru girl not verifying my meal before asking me to pull to the front of the restaurant. I don’t appreciate the workers not wearing badges for identification purposes.

I pulled up to the drive-thru window and was immediately greeted and I told him I was a newbie and he told me to take my time and let me know if I had any questions, which I did. I settled on the Philly steak burger and large tater tots because I did not need a drink. I had just gotten one at the gas station across the street.
When I got to the window however, I decided that the ice cream treats on their sign just looked too good to ignore so the lady that was working the register at the window was very patient and explained some of the different ice cream concoctions that they had. I settled on some type of Oreo concoction similar to a Blizzard from DQ.
It was all extremely good. Like this is the best Philly I’ve had in ages. The tater tots were fried to absolute golden perfection. And the Oreo concrete thingy was better than any blizzard. I wish there were 10 stars because I would definitely give it ten.
