I’ve always loved this location. Would come here constantly when I lived in the area. Came by again recently and had another great experience. French onion soup is killer. Bloomin onion always delicious. And the steak was cooked perfectly rare.

We came in for a late dinner and even though we were the only ones in the restaurant the staff couldn’t have been nicer! The service was great and the food was delicious. Great variety of choices on the menu plus the restaurant was super clean and the staff was very friendly!

I cannot say enough positive things about my son and I’s experience here tonight- I have to start with most important first, which was the service. Our server Jack was absolutely stellar! As someone who’s waited tables a ton in her life, I appreciate someone who goes above and beyond and he certainly did. Couldn’t have been any sweeter to my 9 year old son (who went on and on about him on the car ride home) and that speaks volumes. You’re the best, Jack!
As far as the food goes, it was the best Outback I’ve ever had. The steak was cooked perfectly, coconut shrimp were to die for, and the potato soup was a HUGE hit with my picky son.
I could go on and on, but I cannot stress how great of an experience we had tonight and how much my son and I loved the food and Jack. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

My husband, some friends, and I went here to eat. I had the lobster and my husband got a ribeye. My entree was good, but I didn’t like the “mac and cheese”. It tastes like pasta salad and is spicy, which was really disappointing. The ribeye was overcooked, but okay. Service was decent.

Shawn took care of my boyfriend and I tonight & gave us the best service we’ve had in a long time. Even though we got there 30 mins before close, he never rushed us & went out of his way to be extra attentive & personable at our table.
Food was good and arrived quickly!

We chose Outback Steakhouse last night to celebrate my wife’s birthday. When joining the waitlist online, I specifically added that it was her birthday, hoping it would be acknowledged in some way. Unfortunately, it was completely ignored.
From the start, our waitress seemed very uninterested. After placing our order, we waited over 10 minutes before realizing we never received bread. When we asked, she said “I got you!” and eventually brought it out. Since the food took quite a while to arrive, we asked for another bread. She brought it but simply on top the old bread board over without clearing or moving anything on the table, which felt careless.
My soup arrived with a dirty spoon. She did bring a clean one, but left the dirty spoon sitting on the table. The kids’ sirloin steaks were extremely overcooked, heavily crusted with black pepper, and dried out like meat pucks. They couldn’t eat them and ended up eating from my steak instead. My steak was also heavily peppered, but cooked as requested temp, and the shrimp on the plate were overcooked and ice cold.
My wife’s ribeye was also overcooked, dry, and overly peppered. Overall, the food quality was very disappointing. To add to that, I originally asked for a Delmonico steak but was told they were out, so I switched to a ribeye with shrimp. We also ordered two glasses of Pinot Noir, which they were out of as well, and it was replaced with Cabernet.
Between the service, the food, and the lack of any acknowledgment of my wife’s birthday, this was a very poor experience. We debated going to The Peddler Steakhouse instead and unfortunately made the wrong choice by choosing this Outback location.
This was meant to be a special evening, and it fell far short of expectations.

The service was good, but the wait time was extremely long.
When we finally received our steaks, they were overly salty. We didn’t have time to send them back because we had already waited too long.
The burgers, however, were tasty.
If the restaurant seasons their steaks this heavily, customers should be warned in advance. There is already salt and pepper on the table, so guests can add more themselves if they choose.

The food and atmosphere were fine but it took us 2.5 hours to eat here. We arrived at 5:15 and there was no wait to sit for a party of 7 with an infant on a Saturday. We also had 3 elementary-aged children with us. Our kids are usually great for an hour or so to eat a meal, but 2.5 hours were ridiculous. They forgot a side that one of us ordered. I never got asked if I wanted another glass of wine. They forgot our dessert and we had to ask for that since it was included in what we ordered and we didn’t even get the right dessert that was on the menu. It was simply not worth the wait and they didn’t even comp us anything to try and make it right. They said they got a catering order and fell behind. If that’s the case then don’t take the catering order if you can’t serve the customers right in front of you. Just want to pass this along to other families who may expect to be in and out in a reasonable time with small-ish children.

The food was decent but the food runner that brought out my spinach dip dropped a bunch of chips on the table and the crumbly bits fell onto me and the seat. The runner did apologize but did not offer to help clean it up or offer to bring more chips. Mistakes happen and I would have left 5 stars had they have offered to help.

Absolutely the worst restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I’ve tried 4 separate times and each time was worse than the last. The wait staff is so clearly ran way too thin with no support. The amount of time it takes to get your food is anywhere between 20 minutes (that’s normal) or like the last two time I went and hour and some change. I’ve met three managers in my visits. An older woman who is so rude and acts like she hates her job. A spastic smaller man whom does not seem qualified to be in a management role. And another short but rounder gentleman that just seems oblivious to everything. I was so curious to why I keep having terrible experiences so I did some investigating! I found numerous ex-employees that had nothing but actual horror stories. And I even got some pictures as to why the food always tasted so off. Attached are two pictures of food that management there forced team members to cook and server!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!
