Lunch time is slow so service is mediocre. The server we had was OK, did the basic nothing above or beyond. Food was made fresh to order though.

Hadn’t been to a Bertucci’s in a while but this location felt a lot let Italian/semi-fancy and more like any other chain casual restaurant such as Apple Bees, Olive Garden, etc. However, our food was pretty good and felt slightly more homemade than you might get at larger chains.
Service was also very good. Our waitress Atticus was attentive to our needs and we even overheard her telling the kitchen to remake one of our dishes because they had forgotten to leave out capers as we had asked.
Didn’t try the pizza but the brick oven pies looked good. If they can work on their atmosphere a bit more to make it feel more like a neighborhood restaurant that’d go a long ways to helping them score an easy 5.

So happy to come to Bertuccis because they closed the closest one to where we live! Everything was awesome and we ordered 5 entrees for two of us to share because they have awesome specials!!
Let’s talk about the real thing that comes to mind when you hit Bertuccis. THE ROLLS. No restaurants even give complimentary bread anymore. For some reason the free roll days left with covid.
After talking to Marty our manager for sometime I told him about an idea I brainstormed while here. Bertuccis should no doubt start selling their rolls in the freezers of supermarkets in New England. Who wouldn’t buy that if they saw it? No doubt that the reputation of these rolls would spread like wild fire until Bertuccis took over the nation!!
I am only asking for a .25 cent royalty per package sold for this idea. I can be reached through my email to provide my address and bank account info for direct deposit!

We went there on a Friday night and found it relatively empty for a weekend night. Quite disappointed with our food so had to send it back. Our veggie pizza was uncooked and unflavored. Ravioli was cold and extremely chewy.
The staff was very friendly though have to give it that. Still, never going back.

It was our first time going to Bertucci’s since we are from the south. It was very delicious. The Caesar salad was so fresh, the bread was so good. They do have gluten sensitive and vegan options which surprised me because they usually don’t consider those at Italian restaurants down south. Love it! It was one of the best meals we had.

Let’s be honest, this is not high level cuisine. It is italian comfort food and when you are hungry at night, it sure hits the spot. The portions are very generous and I ended taking some food back home. The service is professional and reasonably fast. They have a lot of tables and I did not have to wait. It’s always nice to see a real pizza oven with flames. Overall, it was a good experience.

We were in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and decided to try Bertucci’s. We ordered the game day special (2 pizzas and an order of wings). The pizza was so darn good… some of the best pizza I have ever had. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area

We came on. Tuesday evening. The restaurant is large and it was mostly empty.
They gave us
fresh baked bread(pizza dough knots) with a lovely garlic oil 4 stars
Cheese pizza was 3 stars. Too cheesy. I dipped it in extra garlic oil to improve taste . A thick layer of cheese I found a bit difficult to digest later in evening. Sat like a weight in tummy.
Spaghetti with meat sauce 3.75 stars
Service was good
Food was ok, edible. Not the best we’ve ever had, not the worst. Not memorable. Unlikely to return.
