Amy is truly amazing! From the moment I walked in, she provided top-flight service and made the entire experience feel welcoming and effortless. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly and that I felt comfortable the whole time. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude really stood out.
The manager was excellent as well — very present, supportive, and clearly committed to making sure customers have a great experience. You can tell the team works well together and genuinely enjoys what they do.
There were plenty of laughs, great energy, and just an overall atmosphere of joy. It wasn’t just good service — it was an experience. I truly appreciated the care and effort that went into everything, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

This is the second time visiting here and our experience was about the same. Food was ok at best. I had the burger which was not very warm in the middle and soggy. Ceaser salad wasn’t very fresh. My wife had the wings and gave them a 3/5. Service was ok as we sat at the bar. I probably won’t be returning. Just not my favorite

Very homey and ambience is very nice. Waitress very helpful with questions and very friendly as well giving her own recommendations for sauces and such. A bit loud due to the holidays but nothing wrong with that. Everything so far has been very pleasant. Pretzels and shipwrecked are also really good as well. A very nice pairing with both salty and sweet.

I went to Smokey Bones while I was in Dayton for work. I had the BBQ chicken nachos and they were super delicious. Loaded with tons of chicken and yummy topping. I had the mini but shou have ordered the larger sizer because they were so good.

We had such a great experience at Smokey Bones – Miller Lane! From the moment we sat down, our waitress Amy was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to tell us about all the current deals and specials so we could get the best value. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience.
On top of that, the manager even worked with us to give us a discount on our wings that’s usually only available during happy hour — which we really appreciated! That kind of customer service makes a huge difference.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the service truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Amy if you visit!

so disappointed with this restaurant. Haven’t been to one in years (pre 2020) and figured it would be good eats. Ordered the boneless wings in a dry rub. What I got was Tyson chicken nuggets with some kind of season salt and warm blue cheese dressing . Now I give 5 stars to the waitress as she was great. But I would STAY AWAW from the boneless wings…unless you like Tyson chicken nuggets then order away. The wife had a salad that looked amazing…probably would recommend that. This trend of poor quality food and high prices is really fatiguing. Hopefully they can square themselves away.

My children dined in on yesterday afternoon (1/5/26). My 17 y/o ordered the brisket platter, and what’s pictured is what she was served. Scraps of meat, half was fat, the other was dry. She wasn’t satisfied (I mean, who could blame her?), but didn’t want to cause an issue. Had I been there, I would’ve asked for a different serving of brisket, or a different meal altogether. She even tipped the waiter. She didn’t receive a “platter”. That’s false advertisement. Her meal wasn’t worth the $33.98 charge, even with a drink. Never again..

Pure trash wings! I purchased what I thought was smoked wings but one get one last night only to receive traditional wings ! I even repeated smoked three times! I didn’t realize it until I got home and these wings were too light to be smoked secondly they had little to no seasoning on this! How do they think it is ok to serve this ! I’m pissed and I’m reporting this place! My son could not believe that the wings came from here! I just called and spoke to Jason his attitude was just as trashy as the wings! I’ll never eat here again and I’m disputing this charge!

Waitress was spaced out. Wrong drinks to start with. Asked if they have Cherry coke, she says yes. Then I see her making it with grenadine. Told her don’t like that, I will take a Dr Pepper, she brings over a diet coke. Should of left then. Got the original 1/2 rack of ribs. Tasted like the food was pre-cooked and then just warmed up in the oven. Ribs were tough like shoe leather. Yes I ate shoe leather before..lol. potatoe was luke warm not hot like being freshly baked. Same with the broccoli was luke warm.
