Look I get that it’s 1am but it’s still your job to have good customer service, today Oct/1/25 @1:06 am the speaker person greeted me with “what can I get you” didn’t ask me if I was using the app and when I informed that I was using the app she proceeded with “what can I get you.” Again. Then when I repeated that I was using the app she replied “okayyyy??” Like I was waisting her time. Good Customer service is a thing of the past.

PLEASE LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS REQUEST.. train your team to read and comprehend.
Numerous occasions I ask for salted fries (as u might guess it ; it’s because fries are NEVER salted. Not even ever so slightly )….. so I figured I’ll ask for extra salt…. NOPE. In fact no salt at all on the fries.
If I’m paying money for something and you guys are allowing accommodations, please do just that and accommodate !!
It’s not rocket science. It’s very much so annoying and frustrating.

This is the perfect Mac Donalds to go after a movie at the cinemark 14 on Boynton Beach,it’s not in the mall plaza ,but is just near by the mall, nothing better than dining in at the closest Mac donalds!!!!.

Maybe because it’s McDonald’s, people only post negative things to say. Majority of the recent reviews are just upset customers. I’m here to change the narrative. This is actually one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to. Never get my order wrong and I’m usually thru the line pretty quick. Thanks for being great, yall.

We come here all the time but the fact is I come out of my way to stop here and I get the something all the time.why tell me for a 2nd time my egg had a shells all inside of it I was chewing on egg shells it ruined my entire sandwich this is maybe a mistake the first time but not the 2nd time also stay off tik tok while on shift maybe this wouldn’t happen to customers food. I don’t like to write reviews often, but this is my local McDonald’s and I’m quite honestly fed up with them. I don’t think there has been a single time in the past year where they get my order correctly. There are always items missing, Coke will be 3/4 of the way full, Or items will be thrown in the bag carelessly.

Been sitting at the 2nd pickup window for 15 mins now……crickets. Not sure what’s going on. Wait we just got food, not ours. They are Completely confused. Still waiting. No one knows anything….some lady just handed us our food….”is this yours?” Nope! Two people just came to our car…” what did you order?!?” Complete chaos. Told us to move to a parking spot .

Between 10:30 and 11:00, the app would not accept an order for lunch, or breakfast. They told me to come back at 11:00. The cashier didn’t know how to fix it, and the manager refused to override it or tell me this directly. Instead she had an employee tell me this. No self serve drink station.
