We were repeat customers. Always ordered from here we will go somewhere else now. They treat loyal customers like crap. We ordered a pizza and when it came the garlic sauce already exploded all over the box and pizza. This is how it was given to us. We called and said we would like a refund they said no refund that they will bring another pizza in an hour we don’t want to wait an hour. My husband can’t eat his slices now because he can’t have the garlic sauce and it was drenched on his slices pizza soggy. Won’t be back

Not sure why this place doesn’t have a much higher rating, even though the current rating is great. Currently on a business trip in the area, I ordered here with the expectation that it would hopefully be decent Italian. I was completely shocked, everything was great! The salad, the garlic bread, the spaghetti bake, all incredible. Highly recommend and I will be returning to try out more.

Ordered a med. margarita pie which was a pizza with cheese and thin slices of tomatoes &small. Also a regular Pie which looked like a personal. It was the same as little Caesars but worse. Also ordered wings which looked like pigeon wings! Food was inadequate, and too expensive for $60! Thank goodness we live in central FL and wont be back here! Definitely not worth it.

UPDATE: Called manager to give feedback and he was wonderful. Explained there is a new guy being trained, and provided a coupon. I would order again because the sauce was so good! so 5 stars for customer service. Original review below.
Deep dish pizza was completely raw. I had to throw through the whole thing out It is a pity, since I scraped the sauce and cheese off and the sauce was amazing. I’m sad and hungry! This was thru door dash. However, the hot honey pizza was very good so at least there was that But what a disappointment on the deep dish. Ick!!!

The Mediterranean pizza was lazily done with large cuts of eggplant. The pizza sizes are very small and not worth the price, a large looks like a small and a regular is practically nonexistent. We asked them for an XL instead and they were not willing to help us out, but rather stated that they had already made it and we have to buy a new one. The pizza taste is good but overall the pizza portions are just stealing your money. Too expensive for the size.

Wow! We used to order from here often and there was never an issue. Food was always awesome and we would get it quick. We ordered yesterday and it took 1/12 hours to get here. We ordered today and it took pretty close to 2 hours . I ordered chicken wings and my friend ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich which she loved the last time. The chicken wings were cold and dry. My friends sandwich was missing the chicken. We called to get the situation resolved and the manager a female who did not give her name said well you can call grub hub and TRY to get your money back or wait another hour and we can send you a sandwich that has chicken on it. We work in a call center and have a pretty large staff. I can promise none of us will be ordering for your establishment moving forward. By the way your driver says the reason he took two hours to get here is because we ordered through Grub Hub.
