I’ve been coming here 3-5 days a week for 2 years, I have NEVER gotten my order wrong and I do switch it up. There’s usually a line and trust me it’s not because they don’t move fast (because they move), they’re at the busiest junction for a Starbucks in Rock Hill. Order ahead if you are in a hurry on the app and walk in. The people that work there are kind and very sweet and always greet all customers.

Took forever to get my drink. The drive thru was loaded and inside was just as busy but I’m sure they put the drive thru crowd 1st. Either you need more help or you’re doing something wrong. It took 7 minutes to get my drink after looking at my time stamped pics. Not crazy bad, but at least it was made right.

We just went through the drive thru to get 2 coffees. We are very frequent and go to Starbucks quite a bit. I have worked in retail in restaurants and never in my life have I heard of not helping the customer. We didn’t realize they had the plum danish til we were passing the sign. We pay for the coffees and ask for the danish’s and the girl says you will have to pull back around and wait in line! We were like nope and went to another Starbucks on the way to church!!! Wow!!! That’s crazy and they take there time to make pup cups and chat and you couldn’t do that. Wow!!
I will let you decide on what the outcome should have been????
Not to mention writing on cups that takes time too.
Come on yall do better!!!

Every time I come here the line is so long and it’s not like the line moves even a little bit fast. I have to wait at least 20 minutes to get my drink and it’s ridiculous. I don’t know why this has been so consistent with me waiting forever to get my drink every single time, but this is the only Starbucks location I’ve actually had this experience at and it’s insane

Very disappointed in my experience this morning. I placed a mobile order and it said it was ready 5 minutes before I even got to the store. When I arrived I was able to get my breakfast sandwich but my drink still wasn’t ready. I waited at least 5-7 more minutes and still nothing. I don’t mind waiting if the communication is there. No one said a word to me as I was standing there waiting, but the barista was cutting up with a doordasher who was waiting on an order. I then had to leave without my drink to get to work on time. I then tried to call the location to see about a refund for the drink I am missing, and the phone isn’t working at their location. I have no way to either getting the drink nor a refund at this point and time. Very disappointed.

I’m not one to usually complain but I am genuinely disappointed over my drink. I paid seven dollars for this Horchata that is not drinkable. I can see the chunks of cream in it, that I am unable to mix in. It doesn’t even taste like a Horchata. I wasn’t able to turn back for a new one because I had an appointment this morning. You could tell by looking at the drink it wasn’t made correctly. It’s disappointing that the staff would hand this over before fixing it because I honestly appreciate this Starbucks for their customer service.

Good morning I just want to say when my husband and I come to order our every day drink ice brown shaken espresso no oat milk very light sweet cream extra pump of brown sugar and extra espresso shot we always seem to get it the right way when you employee KELA is there. She is awesome and very kind and sweet. When we heard hear on the drive-thru mic I know our coffee is always going to be right. THANK YOU KELA FOR ALWAYS MAKING OUR MORNING RIGHT. STAY BLESSED

This use to be my go to SB before I moved. Was in the area and thought I would grab a drink. It I not at all the same place. Unsafe for customers and employees.Walked in to get a drink and they have stacked things at the bathroom area so high it is a safety hazard. I kicked a box to get into the bathroom. An employee went to get the cup holders down and it fell on her and then on the floor and she left it there. I have been sitting here for 15 minutes and nobody ever picked it up. This is sunsafe. I counted 10 employees and not one picked it up. It is nasty they would leave anything they would serve in on the floor. Also, locked bathrooms, tacky, so glad I hadn’t put in my mobile order yet. Leaving after this post. I expect better from Starbucks
