It is when my family goes out to eat once a month. So, we all can eat. Catch up on family business. Talk about old memories. Share our acknowledgment of one another.
Pros, cons, and pictures below. Very authentic food. I just love it . The eatery gets (5)star rating.
Pros:
Great atmosphere for relaxing, eating, and being entertained

My sisters and I stopped in at Casa fiesta in Trussville for lunch after a busy morning of running errands. Our server Wuelmer was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. He went over and above his call of duty and even helped us with directions for our next stop. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was friendly. We will definitely be returning and we highly recommend the Casa Fiesta in Trussville if you’re looking for a great Mexican food.

We come to Casa Fiesta almost every Friday, and it never disappoints! Our waiter Wuelmer was absolutely fantastic friendly, attentive, and right on point the whole time. The Pollo Fiesta was incredibly delicious, and the beer on tap was ice-cold and scrumptious. The food, service, and atmosphere are always top-notch. It’s definitely our go-to spot for great food and good vibes!

Good location with lots of parking. Clean inside and out. Plenty of inside dining area, the wait staff was prompt and polite.
I really enjoy shredded beef and I try it at any Mexican restaurant that offers it.
Tequitos Mexicana is different and ok. Four flour tortillas rolled, filled with shredded beef. It was accompanied by shredded lettuce, tomato, guacamole and sour cream. I did order cheese dip because I can’t eat Mexican without it but this dish fell a little flat. The beef had a great texture but was dry and not very flavorful. It looked more like finger food than an entree, but I cut them up and added the cheese dip with the salad and it was a save. My take on this dish. If you want something that isn’t spicy, yes get this, add some cheese dip maybe some salsa. It is satisfying.
Carnitas. Pork tips excellent choice. Tender and well seasoned. If you like pork roast you will enjoy Carnitas.
The only negative I have is, they clean with Lysol/Pinesol. I have very sensitive smell and at times it was overpowering when they were near our table cleaning.

Typical strip mall Mexican joint. The food was fresh and the staff were friendly. Where this place excels is the specials. Each night there are different specials for food and drinks. We went on a busy Friday night and ordered two different margaritas, they were great and they did not skimp out on the alcohol. My favorite Mexican restaurant in Trussville. Consistently, good. How ever, I have noticed the salsa is watered down (only when getting take out) and a sur charge is added to take out. It should be up to customer if they want to tip. Will continue to dine in, only.

Food and service is great. Nice size portions. Can’t beat the drinks. The patio is covered and well heated. So don’t pass on the patio setting unless you want to watch tv. No TV’s outside.

Back again for dinner a year later and it is still fantastic. Awesome food and amazing service!! Chef’s kiss Stopped in for lunch and was very happy I did. Hubby had Chile Rellenos and I had a Mushroom Quesadilla. Awesome food and friendly service. Will definitely be back.
