We bought some breakfast here. I like the fact the food isn’t too salty and it’s generally well season but the portion doesn’t match its price and taste. My BI Burrito barely has any bacon, I am also not a big fan of the goat feta, and the size of the burrito is on the small end. The potota wedges are nice and crispy but it’s not a place where I would come back for more.
The atmosphere is great with enough parking and outdoor seating. It’s probably a good place for a nice coffee chat with friends but not for the food only.

was super excited to find an Australian café and felt like I got a little piece of Melbourne right here in SF last week. Even more excited to hear they have another location down here! The coffee was delicious, and as Australians, we take our brunch seriously — this place definitely delivers.

I had one of the worst brunch experiences ever. The matcha pancakes were nearly impossible to cut, and the sauce was just a thick layer of matcha powder. The pancakes were overcooked and hard, lacking the fluffy texture I expected. They tasted like something my kids might whip up—definitely not what I was hoping for.

This cafe is a gem. I wish i had found this place earlier. Their menu has so many options and you would want to taste each one them. We tried their mocha, sourdough chicken and avocado sandwich, peanut butter smoothie and the chicken quinoa bowl. And i must say all of them blew us out especially their sourdough sandwich.

Large amounts of mud in sandwich greens and poor follow-up.
We had lunch at BlueStone Lane in Los Altos earlier today. I ordered the Truffle Mushroom Grilled Cheese, and my friend had the Chicken Avocado Toastie.
While eating, I noticed a gritty texture that I first thought was coarse salt from the chips. Halfway through, I lifted the toast to eat it open-faced, and was horrified to find large amounts of mud coating the arugula. Every leaf was covered with muddy clumps.
We checked my friend’s sandwich too and found the same thing. Her dish wasn’t even supposed to include arugula according to the menu, which is also concerning, what if someone had a food allergy?
After serving the food, no one checked on us, the ketchup I asked for never arrived. We had to ask the waitress who’s walking by, when she saw the plate, she said “eww” and took it away. About ten minutes later another staff member came over and said they were “looking into it,” explaining that they “had recently changed produce suppliers and the new vendor hadn’t told them the arugula needed to be washed”??? I thought any competent restaurant can tell when vegetables are dirty and need to be washed, shouldn’t rely on a vendor to say so.
We waited about another 15 minutes with no update. They eventually comped the meal, but the attitude was distant. To be honest, even if they paid me, I wouldn’t want to eat mud.
Roughly ten minutes after leaving, I started to feel continuous stomach pain and diarrhea. It’s been eight hours now, and I’m still having the symptoms.I rarely ever get sick from food, the last time I had something like this was two years ago..
The restaurant was fairly busy, with around twenty tables coming and going while we were waiting. I’m not sure how long ago they switched vendors, but if the greens have been unwashed during that entire time, many customers could have eaten muddy and dirty produce without realizing it.
I don’t usually post reviews, but I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and ensures their ingredients are properly cleaned going forward.

While eating breakfast, we saw a large rat right in front of us. It was casually roaming around the trash area and eating leftovers, like it was completely comfortable there. We couldn’t stop thinking about how many more might be in the kitchen. I will never come back. Hygiene comes first, and this was an unacceptable experience.

Great vibes and energy and the food was great. The bacon and egg croissant was perfect. Not a huge fan of the coffee though. Service was good but not great

It was a beautiful and cozy cafe I met in such beautiful weather. I was lucky that there weren’t many people because it was early, and while eating a cup of coffee and brunch, there began to be more and more people with fame. Thank you very much for the kind server replacing cold coffee with hot coffee.
I’m thinking of visiting again.
I strongly recommend you to stop by.

High end food and experience. By far the BEST coffee I’ve ever had: I could taste subtle notes of aromatics, worth every penny. My meal was beautifully presented and delicious. Extra star for gluten free toast. A must go!

Mixed experiences! I went 2 days ago and my burrito was excellent, the staff was awesome and my latte was delicious. I returned today and my pancakes were dry and had old mushy berries. My breakfast bowl is very sad- half the spinach is brown / possibly rotten and the avocado is covered in brown spots. Nowhere close to worth $40 after tax and tip. I want to love this place since the vibes are great but debating if I should give it another shot! Ps the bowl pictured did look slightly better before I picked at it, but not by a lot.
