Do not order pickup here. I specifically asked for a bowl with lettuce and somehow received… whatever this was. It looked like a sad science experiment rather than a meal.
I came around 8:30 PM, so they were definitely open. I didn’t even order a large meal—just a burger! Yet somehow, they turned my order into a full-blown betrayal of expectations. Felt equal parts malicious and wildly incompetent.
I was genuinely excited to enjoy Five Guys after moving to the area. But knowing this is what their workers might do to your food? Hard pass. Wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t order again, and may need therapy just thinking about that lettuce.

Your typical 5 Guys restaurant/ atmosphere. That said, it isn’t a negative thing. It’s a pretty unique atmosphere that fosters an old timey feel as there’s boxes of free all you can eat peanuts. The food is always cooked fresh right in front of you.
The staff here are always friendly, polite, attentive to the details of your order, and generally seem happy and to get along well with each other as there’s usually some funny conversations happening. Overall, every single time I’m around, I always stop at this specific 5 Guys to grab a bite to eat.
Be it eating inside, outside on their patio area under an umbrella (which is really nice when the weather is good), or take out.. I have never had a bad experience here. As is 5 Guys fry style, there is always PLENTY of fries to go around – even as a “little fry” order.
If you’re looking for a really good burger with an authentic American feel/taste, I highly recommend you stop here. You won’t regret it. I know I never do.

The cashier didn’t make a fuss when I asked about gluten free options. Our food was really good. The milkshakes were good too. My cashier was excellent and my father in law got a very nasty mad cashier to the point that I told my husband go help your dad, that cashier is losing his patience with him.

I typically dont write bad reviews but im a little upset this evening. I ordered a burger all the way, no mustard, extra pickles. They didnt add ANY onions, grilled onions, or mushrooms. Thats the best part of ordering a burger all the way. I would like a free burger voucher or something because i live 30 minutes from five guys and it was supposed to be a special treat 🙁 thanks for understanding.

Very typical 5 Guys experience. Order taken promptly, and correctly for all 4 of us. Prep time was about 4 minutes, just what was expected. Colorful, well lit, clean dining area – again, just what you expect from 5 Guys. Bottom line, the food quality is what keeps bringing you back, time after time.

The food was great. Always love this place. The pop machine was way to advanced for me and hurt my head but was cool af….sooooooooo many options. The fries were amazing as always and soooo many of them. The burgers were great as always.
