I normally don’t leave reviews but this is crazy. I stopped at this Wendy’s after getting off work and picking my daughter up. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and a biggie bag for my daughter friend. The spicy chicken sandwiches was even cooked all the way. Why would you give somebody raw chicken. So I called and the man who answered the phone said to keep the sandwiches and bring them in the next day. When I asked for corporate number he hung up on me. So I will be reporting it to the health department and corporate.

Got a burgers and fries at around 10:30pm and I just want to say that food was immaculate. Best Wendy’s I’ve had in a hot minute. Almost wanna go back to tell the staff how fire that was. 11/10

I got good service because I ordered on my app. They did make my burger correct so that’s 2 stars. The cashier wasn’t bad though, he gave me my cups right away. The fries get 0 stars. Cold, hard, & grease settled in the fries and looked horrible. Inside was a mess. We always dine in but this time we just went home. Not to mention harassed while in the parking lot.

It is strange how upset the workers here were when we picketed outside this Wendy’s awhile ago. It is not like they are getting paid on commission or that our protest will actually shut their employer down. Lol! They must be buying into the idea that their employer cares about them and would never abandon them. Little do they know, when tomato pickers in Florida brought up human rights concerns and asked for one penny more per pound of tomatoes they picked, Wendy’s Corp. stopped buying tomatoes from that area of Florida and instead starting buying tomatoes from Mexico where human rights abuses are even worse on farms.

One of the worst Wendys in the city. The employees act that youre bothering them when they’re supposed to be doing their job. took forever for someone to take my order in the drive thru. The male manager was super nice though!

Placed a mobile order 10 minutes early wasn’t ready when arrived. Watched employee spend 15 minutes putting 4 items in bag and making a drink so by the time I got the food the fries cold so I ask them to give me fresh fries, ok they did. Leave, get in car take 2 huge bites of the sandwich just to find out it’s the wrong thing and has tomato on it in which I’m allergic to tomatoes!!! Couldn’t believe i just ingested tomatoes, turn around and go back in store to try and regurgitate what was ingested and ask them to remake the whole order. Can you believe even after all this they gave me cold standing fries, old fries not even a fresh batch??? OMG the worst experience I’ve ever had in a single visit to a fast food restaurant. Definitely reaching out to corporate ASAP!!!
