Where do I start? I ordered through Door Dash and the delivery driver was very friendly and polite no problems there. But, the food quality was terrible! The sourdough breakfast sandwich was all smashed to almost paper thin and the french fries were too salty and not full! Because I am disabled and cannot drive I rely on delivery for most things. This was unacceptable. So I found the phone number and I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and explained my concerns with the food quality. See photos of food and receipt from Door Dash. Then I asked how much is a large fry? She said it was like $3.70 plus tax. I told her for that price the fries should be full and hot. She offered to remake my food if I brought it back. However I explained due to my situation I don’t have a ride. She didn’t even offer me a credit towards a future order or put my name down on a list for future purchases. What kine of service is that? I am just done ✔️.

I live in idaho falls and no other jack.In the box is as good as this one!! Very friendly service.I always ask for extra butter on my sandwich and they always do it!! They also have the freshest fries every single time I get fresh fries. I go up to idaho falls and anywhere else, and they don’t put butter on my sourdough, jack and the fry’s suck. Whoever the manager is is really doing a good job!!! I come here every other week for work. And I always stop it and get my number one. Good job guys!!!!!!

Jack in the box is a pretty good fast food restaurant. Cuz let’s be honest, a fast-food restaurant can so good… Pricing is out if this world just like everywhere these days. (Thank you Covid) I just never thought I’d see the day where 2 adults and a 10 year olds meals would cost dang near $40.

Went through the drive through and made our order. Pulled up to the window to pay, there was nobody behind us or in line whatsoever, but the worker insisted we pull forward. I politely declined stating that there is nobody behind. They then proceeded to say, we will not get our food unless we pull up.
I have had issues with that before where they just hand you your food and then when you check the food, there are multiple mistakes and you have to walk in to get the mistakes fixed. I usually do pull forward if there are cars behind me, but I thought it ridiculous to pull forward when there was absolutely nobody else in line. Multiple workers came to the window, and we’re very rude, telling us we need to pull forward or we are not getting our food. The fact that their time at the window comes before customer service is a joke.

We as a society tend to lower our expectations when ordering fast food. No need here. These guys are in top of their game. Welcomed as I walked in (with a smile), prompt service, clean bathrooms, and be nicest staff.

We found small hairs in half of our burgers. After that none of us finished our food. I’m sure if we had looked at the other two burgers, we would have found more hair but we just threw them out. They did refund us for the two burgers we showed them but we left grossed out and hungry.

I got to the order window at 12:40 a.m. and waited 5 minutes before trying to call them. My call was ignored, and then i watched them turn the lights off inside. So if you get to this location at 12:30 am. or later, don’t bother staying because they will just ignore you.

It was a beautiful experience, as we got our food fast and the lady in the drive through was so kind, too! The food was perfectly cooked, the milk boba tea was made to be amazing, the tiny tacos had a good balance between meat and the shells, the price was reasonable, the place was clean and had good selection. Our #1 place to go when regarding jack in the box! The workers were also understanding and were patient. 10/10 would absolutely recommend:))

Will never waste my Time or Money here again!! STRAIGHT UP APPALLED HOW BADLY I WAS TREATED FOR WANTING FOOD I PAID FOR!! Had nothing but good things to say but today I ordered through the app, waited, got my order. When I got to a place to stop and eat I noticed that they gave me a breakfast sandwich instead of my ultimate cheeseburger that I ordered (over a 2 dollar difference and quite a different sandwich). I took it into the restaurant I ordered it from, explained it to the guy at the counter, handed him the Whole Untouched “wrong” sandwich with receipt, he took it back to the line cook and she went off! I could hear every word, she said it wasn’t her fault the order was messed up and shouldn’t have to make the correct burger! She also started insulting me for wanting the right sandwich, she called me “weird and said I was pathetic” How messed up is this employee that they feel they shouldn’t have to fix the mistake and they can insult a customer like that!!! Even worse the other employee let her go off then very audibly agreed with her!! The manager should have done something to intervene or discipline the employees but instead let them go off and insult me and then told her to make the burger…such a horrifying display of EVERY aspect of business by Jack in the Box that I am done being a customer! Seriously, where do they get off insulting me and making me feel bad for wanting the food I ordered!?!?
