They sent us the wrong order in uber eats we ordered food worth of 40$ and we got someone else’s 10$ food . Neither the uber driver picked up the call nor this restaurant. Very bad service and I recommend not to order any food online from this fast food.

Had an amazing experience at this location the cashier Curtis was very patient and understanding when we ordered the SpongeBob meals she let the kids take their time with ordering and made everyone smile and laugh. ordered a whopper with onion rings & fries along with sauce. whopper burger tasted stale and old, fries were cold and soggy, my onion rings were completely missing, and i didn’t receive any of my sauce. honestly this isn’t an innocent mistake that even new people make. this is genuinely out of pure laziness and inconsideration. never once in my life has food tasted this disgusting. i would have rather licked a toilet seat.

This review is solely about the price of an item that is new to the menu, that I happen to like. Recently I started going to the BK location in Nutely. I tried their Jalapeño cheddar bites (which are 8 pieces for $2.99). My 1st visit to BK was 10/21, 2nd visit was on 10/31. Then on 11/6 I visited this BK location the Jalapeño cheddar bites were still $2.99 for an 8 piece but 5 days later on 11/11 the price jumped to $4.99. Then yesterday on 11/14 I went back to the Nutely BK to find that this item is still $2.99. The Heller Parkway BK location is clearly price gouging becauae based on their reviews this location is struggling management wise! I have all digital copies of my receipts and I will be contacting HQ regarding the price jump, and poor service very soon.

2nd time we ordered and got the wrong order(ordered at least 9 items and got the order with one sandwich) which we cannot even eat. Tried calling several times to see if we can do anything about it since it was midnight but nobody picked up.

I always come here but the unprofessionalism is getting out of hand every time I come here now it’s someone just rude and unprofessional I ordered a burger and they give it to me wrong the lady wanted to argue with me saying I ordered it the way she made it they had to remake my burger and she was just staring at me the whole time with an attitude really ridiculous I know it’s Burger King but they need people who are more professional with people and for the company.
