They will leave you in the drive thru for hours if you let them. Nobody that is familiar with this area ever eats here but I’m pregnant and craved a burger.
I asked for NO cheese or onions- got the exact opposite, the fries were literally dried up
and inedible, even my root beer was flat.

New management is the worst! Rude told me he didn’t have my order but then showed on my phone and got an attitude walked off never came back to apologize for the inconvenience! Just stop going ton this location! Other customers were waiting around outside for over 20 minutes pushing the button and not even getting an answer ! Another customer walked off it was taking so long ! Save the trouble and go somewhere else.. supposedly this is the new toffee iced coffee drink

This has to be the worse Sonic around. I have never had bad service like this from a Sonic. Food is horrible and the employees are even worse. They don’t pay attention to what you are ordering a they want to give you anything it’s a mess. The wait in the drive thru is over 45 minutes it’s crazy. They don’t even have the decency to come to the box and say anything to you at all. To top it off tonight at my recent visit they closed the whole place and didn’t tell the line in the drive thru anything. All the employees packed up and left with a line. It’s so unacceptable. This location needs to just close down at this point.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Words cannot explain how had the food AND service is here, like its mind blowing. I’ve waited 30 minutes at the drive through speaker waiting to talk roc someone , then when they finally answer they are rude and will tell you they are out of whatever you want. This Sonic is hit or miss depending in who is working. I’ve had good experiences with fast service & hot food prepared correctly, but I’ve also had rude, slow service with incorrect orders. I dont think they have car-hops anymore as every time I have pulled into a stall, if I was not picking up a door dash order they required me to go through the drive-thru.

So I came here on 3/10/25 at 9:32 PM, and I was immediately turned off by the service—lol. When I first pulled up, I said, “Hello,” since no one greeted me, and the worker instantly responded, “I’m the only one in here; you’re going to need to wait.” No “hello,” no “good evening,” nothing. But I was like, “That’s fine, I can wait.”
As I was waiting, I was on the phone with my window down so I could hear when she was ready to take my order. Out of nowhere, she told me I was being too loud… like, what?! At that point, I just apologized and drove off because it was clear she had an attitude.
After reading all the other bad reviews about this location, I have to ask—why isn’t corporate doing anything about this? Clearly, this isn’t a one-time issue. It just shows that they truly don’t value their customers. I would not recommend coming here at night unless you enjoy bad attitudes and weird service. Definitely a disappointing experience!

Pregnant and was craving a slushie. Pushed the button twice and no answer sat here for 30 minutes. Ordered online to be brought out and still waiting longer to receive this $60 order. Best avoid this sonic if you have too. You’ll sit here for hours.

In all seriousness just close the location. Systems always down, 1-2 employees. Literally just sat in line with about 5 cars in front of me for them to come to the speaker and say the systems are down. Just a heads up if you want sonic just go to the concord location!

This place sucks. It’s closed randomly. 95% of the time the card machine doesn’t work. And tonight just wanted a drink and they are only taking online orders. And when we tried to ask a question they just stopped responding- just said online orders only like 3 times. They should just shut down. It’s a waste of space.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I went for dinner after work and waited for almost 2 hours for my order. It seemed like they had one, maybe two people working in the whole restaurant. By the time my order actually came, it was soggy, like it was just microwaved.
I don’t have super high expectations for fast food, but this is easily the worst fast food restaurant I have been to.
