i usually don’t have issues at this location and i really don’t wanna complain too much and this could very much just be a misplacement of item, however, if i place an order and specifically ask for it to not have specific ingredients on the item and i am PAYING for it then i expect to receive my food correctly..

I am absolutely appalled by the service I was just given . Usually I don’t have any problems but tonight was different . We ordered a frozen cherry slush (among other things) and at the window they gave us an Oreo McFlurry . That’s no big deal, it happens . But when we go to explain it they yell at us saying we ordered a McFlurry and we need to go around and order the slushy . So we do that and ask for our receipt to see if it was rang in wrong but on the original receipt it does say a cherry slush . We get back to the window and they hand us the slush that we reordered and we went to ask them for a refund since we actually did order the cherry slush but a person with green hair slammed the window on us and ran to the manager yelling about us . The manager came to the window to talk to us and we showed him the original receipt and asked for a refund and he said yes but he didn’t apologize further . Mistakes happen but they were so rude about it , when we didn’t do anything wrong . All the workers were staring at us and talking about us and the person with green hair was yelling about us . Im not asking them to apologize profusely , but just be nice about it and not slam the window on us . Like I said mistakes happen , but the way they handled it was atrocious .

Located on my route to Alvin C. York Tennessee Valley Veteran’s Healthcare System VAMC.

On Memorial Drive just past Northfield Parkway on what is also US 231. I get breakfast at this McD’s. Well set kiosks are inside the store not like other McDs. Service is quick and once the rewards check in code from the app I order the sausage biscuit with strawberry preserves and an unsweetened tea with around 25 Splenda packets.

Place is always clean. Bathrooms tidy too.
I eat before continuing to my appointments.

We were in Tennessee visiting family and stopped by to get some food and drinks. ALL THREE (two different mcdonalds in murfreesboro and one in shelbyville) were awful. We got drinks only on two of the visits and bagels for breakfast on one of the visits. We waited almost 20 minutes in drive through just for some drinks. Cars moved one at a time, every 5 to 10 minutes. Then the next car. Then about 20 minutes later they apologize for the wait and hand us our drinks. We literally got toots food before that and waited so freaking long for drinks, that our toots was cold when we got to our hotel. It felt like they had one employee taking the order, then making the food. Then moving to the next customer. It’s like they see the wait time numbers for drive through and challenge themselves to see how long they can make the customer wait, before the customer drives off and says forget it. We’ve been SPOILED by how fast the kansas city metro mcdonalds operate. The one closest to us in shawnee, gets customers in and out quickly. Like even when they are stupid busy, it’s still efficient and you dont wait that long. The three different mcdonalds we went to in tennessee have zero sense of urgency and do not take pride in their work. They need to call the mcdonalds here and fly the management here, down to the murfreesboro/shelbyville mcdonalds and show them how to run a restaurant.

Celest was the manger on this morning and absolutely refused to help the people in the dining room. She was rude and left about 20 people in the lobby waiting for help she told the girl on the pos to go to the drive thru so we all stood in the lobby for 15 to 20 mins with absolutely not one word from celest. She just left us all out there looking dumb. So we left to go somewhere else.

Every time I try to use the code for 1.00 soft drink the app doesn’t honor it and I am charged full price. After asking the manager why this always happens and what the resolution is he just said “he cant do anything. It’s a third party app”. I only have this problem at this location. Unsure what is going on here but if you cant use discounts on the app you need to resolve it,considering it is an ongoing issue according to their staff.

Ordered online, got my order delivered, everything was incorrect. Half of it was missing, what was there was made incorrectly and smashed into the bag and they didn’t even put straws in the bags for the drinks either. What I did get was 2 incorrectly made cheeseburgers that were so smashed you couldn’t hold it in one piece, and fries that were soggy and cold to the touch.

Tried to call the listed phone number and the person who picked up said it was the wrong phone number while cursing under their breath with the obvious McDonald’s systems beeping about behind him. Absolute disgrace.

Don’t go here, this was worst one. Can’t get simple order done right, missing drink after confirming to ensure I have everything -and plus got wrong size drink too I guess that’s how they make money to stay in business.

Placed an order through the app & got there about 5 minutes before closing. As I’m pulling into the parking lot, I notice a lot of people walking out of the building. Odd, since it’s not closing time but still too late for customers to be in the lobby.

Nope, I sat in the drive-through until the clock struck midnight, then the screens turned off & I was just left sitting there in the dark.

If your hours of operations are posted, follow them. If you see an order come through, maybe DON’T close early? Or contact the customer and inform them that you’re closing early.
