Absolutely awful experience! The only thing that was actually not like warm was our nuggets, everything else was either just plain stale or not warm at all.
Took 20 plus minutes to get 1 kids meal, one value meal and a stand alone burger.
What kind of service is this?!
Left so disgusted I left my burger on their counter and told them to do better before leaving it was that disgraceful and I’ve never had to come to that before!

Not real attentive while taking order-wake up world, not everyone likes the impersonalness of ordering through a machine!! Id rather just go home hungry. Lids and napkins were out, lneeded attention. Tables needed wiping off, wasn’t real clean anywhere. It wasn’t very busy and there appeared to be plenty of employees working so not sure why dining area was in disarray.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I go here, the fries are old And stale. And today I went to get breakfast for my child just to be told to pull into a parking spot because they’re waiting for my food And when they come to bring me my food, they asked me if I got an egg McMuffin, which I did not. I got three sausage, sausages, and two hashbrowns. So the guy working goes back in and keeps bringing out orders to everybody else who showed up after me and I’m sitting there for at least 10 minutes for him to come back out and ask what I ordered and I told him and he goes “Yeah I definitely gave that to somebody else.” He goes back in to have them make my order again and then he comes back out for a second time asking what I got. Just to receive cold hash browns and sausage.
Beside this almost every time I get food here it sucks, made wrong and/or old food.
This place is a joke. I will NOT be returning. I’d rather drive the 40 mins to New Ulms McDonalds.

Had a great experience! Food turned out very hot! Fast service! Thanks to Ava the employee for correcting a problem I had with my order, she seemed shy but very sweet! I think most people need to understand that some younger kids nowadays have more of a hard time with socializing and they don’t mean to come off rude, and it could be there first job too, you never know, so maybe before being so quick to assume something about someone and/or leave a rude review/comment choose to be kind!…Your words DO affect others remember that! Anyways thank you McDonald’s for the great food and THANK YOU Ava for the great service!

We had a small issue with our order with a bun being hard and when we sent it back they where kind and fixed it right away. I could hear the manager (women wearing a pink shirt i believe) in the back making sure the cooks knew the problem and had them feel the bun themselves and taught them, without belittling them. Thats GREAT management right there and everyone was working very hard. Burger was great.

Ava, the worker needs to work on her customer service skills. We were waiting at the counter to order, she walks over and says nothing…. Just stands there and looks at you. How about saying a simple, hi what can I get you? Don’t be rude and act like we’re an inconvenience.

The spicy chicken was horrible the fries were stale the best part was the sweet tea how can you go wrong with that and I don’t have high hopes when I go into McDonald’s but every time I’m disappointed more and more I think I’m going to stop going.. and now they’re trying to bribe you give them a good review and they’ll give you a sandwich yeah no thank you
