I love their mint chocolate chip, but for the past 2 times they have not been mixing it correctly with most of the mint flavor siting on the bottom half. This time it doesn’t even look like they even tried to mix it with all the flavor at the bottom.

Honestly I’ve always enjoyed my custard orders here, however my last visit on October 19th I saw Carmel apples on the menu so along with a custard order we ordered an apple as well. I got home and immediately put it in the fridge and today October 20th when I cut into it, it had already rotted with brown mushy spots throughout the entire apple. This was sold to me already rotting. Now the customer service here is awful but I usually could care less about how rude they are as long as my order is correct, but this is just disgusting. I’ll not be bringing my family here anymore.

Good sweets, always bad service. The kids working here really dont have customer service skills. The custard itself is really good, but be prepared for some bored teen treating you like a bother.

We absolutely love this place! It’s our mother/daughter time to talk about the weeks events over an amazing cup of Nutty Waffle! I’m ashamed to say we hardly ever venture around the menu, although we should, because the other items look just as amazing! Thank you for always having such happy smiling employees (even the ones standing in the rain taking drive thru orders!) As well as fresh & consistent snacks!

Girl who handed shakes out the window didn’t make eye contact.
Shakes we’re AWFUL! So lukewarm it was like drinking melted ice cream!
I’ll never be back. Once I get the “Ick” it’s hard to let it go.

the ice cream is absolutely amazing, zero complaints there, it’s the incompetence of everyone who works there. every single time i take any of my friends/family to get something, SOMETHING is messed up. including things i specifically didn’t ask for, giving COMPLETELY wrong sizes and then acting confused. for how much i’m paying, get it right. get it together.
