My partner regularly visits this location because it’s close to our workplace, but after this experience, we are extremely disappointed with the level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism shown by the staff.
We dined in for breakfast and, after leaving, realized my partner accidentally left his phone on the table. Within minutes we returned, and “Find My Phone” showed the device was still at this location. When we asked a staff member—who appeared to be a lead or manager—she was rude, dismissive, and said she had “no time for this.” She claimed no phone had been found and walked away. Calling the phone went straight to voicemail, making it appear that the phone had been turned off.
After we mentioned contacting police for an insurance report, her behavior suddenly changed. Shortly after, she was observed going to the front trash area, acting nervous, and moving items around. When police arrived and we asked to check the garbage, the phone was found hidden inside the garbage bin, between the bin and the bag—not inside the trash itself.
This is not a coincidence. While it’s “just a phone,” the intent and behavior speak volumes and reflect very negatively on this location and the values it represents. Completely unacceptable.

If I could give zero stars I would. Since McDonald’s is promoting the new monopoly game. I’ve been buying only the products that carry game pieces. Unfortunately when ordering through the drive thru from this establishment. I was not given a game piece on a large smoothie. Even though on the app it says that the only size that you would receive a game piece on is a large. When I went inside to explain this to the cashier. She told me that I was mistaken. That they only give pieces on the medium size. I then proceeded to show her the app and showed her that she was wrong. She then proceeded to get the manager and they both explained that game pieces were not given at all for that product. I explained that I have gotten game pieces from other McDonald’s for that very same product. She said that that couldn’t be. So in essence I was called a liar by the manager. I then asked that even though I showed her the app that said I should get one. She then said that this particular McDonald’s does not follow what other McDonald’s do. That I would receive no game piece. This in my opinion is not only terrible customer service. But also a misrepresentation of what McDonald’s is and stands for. I for one will never order at this establishment again. After all, I’m sure there’s a Burger King somewhere around here. I’d rather give them my money. I just hope someone higher up sees this.

I’ve gone to this location 3 times , two of which i ordered the mc crispy tenders and no salt fries and drink. Two of which the fries came back recooked to remove the salt instead of dropping fresh fries with no salt . One of the days one of the employees was so focused on his phone that he got my order wrong. Today I went which makes it day three is when I received another bad batch of old recooked fries and they had no drinks to complete the meal. All three times were between the times of 2am.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Martin at McDonald’s! He’s always so nice and helpful, and no matter what time of day it is, he’s got that genuine smile that makes your day a little better. He always double-checks the bag to make sure everything’s in there and you can tell he actually cares about the customers. Honestly, he’s the most awesome employee I’ve ever met there. I really hope he sees this and knows how much he’s appreciated, probably by a lot more people than just me!

This McDonald’s always has the same problem, it seems like there’s only one person for everything. Every day at the drive-through we have to wait like 20 minutes. Today it seems they had more problems than ever because we were there for 30 minutes and only 3 cars ahead of us. I hope they fix that problem quickly.

Asked for the cheeseburger meal, two burgers with NO mustard, NO ketchup and NO pickles, and WITH diced onions,WITH tomato, WITH mayo and WITH bacon. They gave me the EXACT opposite. The burgers were fine but weren’t what I asked or paid (extra) for. At least my drink order was right and the fries tasted nice.

The Dining room is open with Self service drink station closed, but self order kiosks available, which makes customization easy. New bakery items available. If you’re going to eat in the lobby, I recommend sitting away from the kitchen. Buzzers rang often and no music to distract from the beeping. The electrical outlets are covered, so you cannot charge your phone.
