This is my 2nd time here , got the lunch special , slice of pizza and 6 wings , pizza was pepperoni and mushroom the wings were garlic parmesan the pizza was good but just good nothing special, the wings were a little better than most but nothing special, the service was special she did a great job

The bartender was extremely kind, communicative and thoughtful. The food was also incredible along with the drinks. The meatballs w/ marinara are to die for. Ask for extra piece of bread, so you can slather it all up. Highly recommend. 12/10.

We went on a rainy 2nd day of Christmas. Everyone loved their selections. The crispy shrimp, as you can tell by the plate was good, but the pretzel balls with beer cheese and spicy mustard were incredible. The pretzels were soft but chewy, almost melted like cotton candy. My son in law’s burger was amazing and my daughter and I each had the slice and salad lunch special. Our server was incredible. She checked back severs times since my S I L was having beer to go with his burger. She was extremely attentive and efficient. We will definitely be back

Got lunch with my aunt today at Empire Pizza. First time coming back in 2 years and this place didn’t disappoint. Our food came out fast and tasted great! Didn’t know our waitresses name but she was very kind and the atmosphere was lovely.

Empire is a place my family and I order from often, and we generally enjoy the food. I ordered twice last week, once during the week and again on Saturday. During the second order, I received a burnt personal size pizza.
I called the restaurant and was told that since I had already left, I could receive store credit or return but they understood, since I had left. When I attempted to use that credit today, it was not in the system, although it was documented on paper.
What was most disappointing was the interaction with the manager. Her tone and dismissive attitude. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she focused on questioning the situation and stating what the “due process” supposed to be. Ma’am, this is not a legal matter, it’s a take out order. She did apologize after stirring up unnecessary commotion.
Mistakes happen, but a manager’s role is to de-escalate and provide customer service not make a regular customer feel uncomfortable or doubted.

There was a long wait, but the pizza was really good. First batch of wings were overcooked. They replaced quickly without ant issues.

Extremely busy. Been waiting to eat for about 25 mins… The waitress was ok. She was rushing us to order our large order. I understand that you can be busy but ask if the customer wants anything while they wait. They have part of the food ready according to her but it is still not up after all this. We are still waiting… We could see our fries and part of our food was sitting on a counter, waiting for entrees… just got the food at 35 mins
