They’ve never gotten my order wrong or cheap out on the sauces. I always carry out, Today I dined in and it was a pleasant experience for it being such a busy day (Wednesday before thanksgiving). They give you wet wipes AND a mint. The only thing that differs today is that they underfilled my $6 Mac and cheese, but I get it bc of the amount of people rn lol

Put in a take out order for lunch. My order was ready upon arrival. All packed very nicely. Had all the items in the bag including all the sauces. The store in general is very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, feels comfortable. Lots of table to sit and fine. Associates are very friendly and helpful.
The food has the authentic Chick-fil-a quality. Excellent fried chicken sandwich with fluffy bread and tasty cheese. Chickpeas nuggets had wonderful fried layer with tender soft chicken in the middle.

This location is normally good if you order in store, and their food is pretty consistent and good. HOWEVER, my past couple app/mobile pick up orders have been SO DISAPPOINTING. As you can see in the pictures, we always get large fries, but they keep packing the sauces IN the fries box and as you see in the picture, we end up with not only squished fries but like less than half the box is full. This is shrinkflation tactics to the max. I’m so disappointed.

3rd time ordering from this location. First two times were great, even with a wait to pick up my online order. Today the food was old and cold. My kids 12pc nugget wasn’t even in the bag. Check your order before you leave the store!! I’m sure this happens to customers all the time at this location. Stay away from this one, go to Paramus location on 17n. Never going back, you can keep your coupon Mr. Williams.

I enjoyed my sandwich. This is my first chick fil A sandwich and I am a big fan of the sauce!!! The staff was attentive. One thing was missing from my meal but they were quick to help me without any hesitation. I got the spicy deluxe chicken Sandwich and a kids meal.
