Pimento cheese dip was the best! Hush puppies were 1/5. I wouldn’t order again. Chicken wings are good but if you like crispy wings I’d avoid. I wouldn’t get the wings again – they were good but I’ve had better. The salads on the menu were delish. Cornbread was great! The service was mediocre but we were outside so maybe that’s why. He was so nice but we went without for a bit and paid an automatic 20% tip on the bill. We wouldn’t come back but it was a nice experience overall. Beautiful outdoor space.

Great cozy restaurant. We had a reservation for 830 and ended up showing up around seven we knew we were early and had no issue with waiting. Everyone was extremely accommodating and even got sat early. The food was great and very flavorful. We would definitely eat here again and will recommend it to others.

What a hidden gem! Amazing bar, sorry no pics of the food. Too hungry to stop and take a picture. The deviled eggs were great, the sauce was so flavorful. Had a side of Brussels sprouts because I needed a veggie.The angus burger was huge and very filling, loved the grilled bun. Then I had to have the bread pudding with ice cream, DO NOT try and be good GET the bread pudding!!!

Love this place! Great food. Great drinks. (A big fan of the Traveling Broadway!) Everyone here is awesome. Great customer service. It’s hard to say exactly what it is but there is an X factor to this place that has me coming back again and again. The good food and drinks has me show up, but the customer service makes me stay for an extra drink or dessert!

Such a fun, lively spot in Durham. We enjoyed our first visit there for brunch. We ordered avocado toast which came topped with scrambled eggs and a black bean burger with fries. The toast was hard – I needed dining companion’s steak knife to cut it. That was a bit of a negative but it still tasted so good! It’s Wimbledon time so I ordered a Pim’s cocktail (5/5!!). Service from multiple staff members was great – all very friendly and eager to help. The restaurant has a parking lot so that’s extra nice!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. We requested bar seating, lucked up and had no wait. Everyone, from the moment we walked in until we stepped off the property was so welcoming. We savored our meals, the salmon and succotash dish was amazing, the butterbeans were cooked perfectly, no mush! If you know, you know! My husband’s ribeye ,of course I had to try it; was like butter! Cooked and seasoned beautifully. I suggest you take your time and enjoy the ambiance of the spirit around you. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with several of the restaurants heart and soul. The food is amazing but the spirit of the employees is what truly makes the magic! Now that I’ve discovered this gem, I’ll be bugging them every time I come to Durham!!

I literally used to love this restaurant- it was probably one of my favorites in the area. The hostess tonight was so rude I literally couldn’t even eat or order food. I was so turned off by her attitude. If you are going to put people on the waitlist, then you should make sure the number is correct and not be rude to them when you enter it incorrectly. I do appreciate the manager being kind. But why have someone front of house who is so rude?

Ryan was our server and he checked off all the outstanding boxes!! From the cocktail to dessert we were impressed. The food was very tasteful, and the dessert and cocktail were absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend.
