The managers and staff are completely rude and unprofessional. The woman with the dreads was so offensive when i came in to pick up the half of my order that was missing. She said, “ we can do it this time” and tried to say we weren’t missing 4 items of an 8 item order that i paid for. She made assumptions that we were lying. As a retail manager myself I have never been so offended. Never coming to this location ever again. But the Kenwood location is great every time!!

Stopped by for dinner the other night. I got the Chicken club with county potato soup and it was delicious as always! Although the food was delicious, it took them a little too long to bring our food out. My toasted sandwich was no longer toasty I was too hungry to send it back so I scarfed it down cold lol it still hit the spot

The food actually didn’t look That great when they brought it out, but it was all very good. We ordered the nacho basket, (added Guac, which was very good), broccoli soup, veggie sandwich, and kid’s pizza bread. Kids meals are incredibly cheap-$3 and come with a side and a drink.

Great food I got the Sweet and Smokey Chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese side. Serviced right to my table while I sat outside. I also got the Orea cheesecake which was delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more.

Wonderful classic tray! I had the pleasure of working with Maddie, who usually handles the business card winners. I know there are two Maddie’s, as the other one waited on me, super friendly as well. Maddie, who helped with the order, was fantastic—very friendly and helpful. The tray was delicious and fed our entire office crew, who really enjoyed it.

This place is pretty freaking awesome I had been to a location about 10 years ago they have changed and greatly improved their menu item selections as well as now have all you can eat pickles and peppers while you’re waiting on your sandwich to get ready. Great side dish choices and of course some awesome iced sweet tea I highly recommend this for a lunch or dinner or for a catering for the office

We both got the reuben, which was warm and tasty. People taking the orders as well as the ones coming by to check on us were very friendly.
They have a pickle bar with dill spears, an assortment of Tabasco sauces, banana and pepperoncini, club and zesta crackers, etc. A very nice touch, and the pickles were very good.
Full sandwich is a sizeable meal. Potato salad and the superfood slaw were excellent. The slaw is a bit sweet, so you could just save that as dessert.
Large drinks with a good selection (Coke products).
We’ll definitely be back to try more things from the menu!

I use to eat at McAisters in Blue Ash all the time. This is the second time I ate here on the West side. I ordered a Savanah salad to go. The cranberries were not fresh at all. A lot of them were hard. There was like three times more than there usually are. As you can imagine they are very hard to pick out. This is only part of them.
