I didn’t realize Friday had a “Free Upgrade Friday” special (20oz to 32oz) when I ordered a 20oz through the app. While I was waiting, I figured I would try again the following week to see if it was still available. To my surprise the employee automatically gave me the free upgrade today, and it made my day! She’s the best! TGIF 🙂

I always get the pineapple kale smoothie from here when I’m in the area, and the girl today at the drive thru (2/8/26) was so nice, gave me a compliment and was just soooo beautiful inside and out!! She then asked me if I was going to watch the superbowl today, and I’m like no I’d rather be out shopping lol. Anyways, she was so sweet and made my day

Was lucky enough to get invited to a VIP opening for this place. The staff was amazing and the menu is extensive!!! Lots of healthy choices and tasty options to customize your smoothie !!! Stop in and check out this place if you’re in the area!!!

I came into this Smoothie King and the store was an absolute mess. Customers had been waiting far too long, place was unclean, ingredients like strawberries were missing, and there was no manager anywhere. The only positive part of the visit was the employee in the green sweatshirt who walked in and immediately started fixing everything, she apologized for the delay, made my order right away, and handled the chaos professionally even though none of it was her fault. And the smoothies were good. The rest of the staff and management clearly need serious improvement.

We ordered an Angel Food smoothie and an Açaí bowl. The girl working (who appeared to be the only person working) told us they were out of strawberries, so we assumed that meant they couldn’t make the Angel Food because that was 1/4 of the ingredients, and we ordered a smoothie with pineapple. The order was never repeated back to us, we never got a receipt, and she gave us our change (~$4) in quarters. She also told us they don’t have pup cups, even though the drive thru sign says they do. When we received our order, it was the Angel Food and pineapple smoothies with no açaí bowl. When we told her we ordered an açaí bowl, she said she told us she was out of strawberries as if that was the base for the açaí bowl. She seemed very annoyed at the situation and didn’t seem willing to make it right, so we drove off. Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place. Don’t waste your money!

The atmosphere here is just awful. Workers seem to hate their job and interactions with them are very, very, awkward and unwelcoming. Service via the drive through is also very unresponsive. The smoothie I ordered was good, and I would recommend their vegan smoothies; however the atmosphere makes me not inclined to return. Employees here really need to be talked to about their interactions with the customers.

Went here 12/30/25. When I arrived at 1:45 we were greeted by this nice girl. She said she was new to the store and she did a good job making my order. I never got her name but this review was dedicated towards her. Really wish I had gotten her name.

I ordered a smoothie online. When I went to pick it up through the drive through the young girl said she was making it. I drove up to the window where there was a sign saying the store was closing at 5:30 pm. It was after 5:30. Then the store worker said to me that it wasn’t working to make the smoothie – whatever that meant. Then she asked what I wanted to do. Really?!? I told her I wanted a refund. She said she didn’t have the change. I said then refund my credit card. She couldn’t do that. Then she said wait. I waited. Then she gave me the 11 dollars and the $.36 in nickels. I wasted over 25 minutes during this process. Very poor service and business!
