Easily the worst dinning experience in Dickinson. Give yourself a minimum of 2 hours if you’re sitting down to eat. Dine in orders regularly take over an hour from ordering to getting the food. It is also incredibly cold in the restaurant. We have given it several try’s and will not be coming back.

Easily the worst managed restaurant in 3 states, absolute disgrace. Kegs are empty and so is the beer fridge, took 40 minutes to even be asked for a beverage and three patrons got up and left because the bartender wouldn’t wait on anyone.

Food was made wrong 3 times, wasted a whole hour and a half of my time. The food that they made correct was horrible , stale fries. The servers were pretty nice other than obviously when they got frustrated which was not there fault that there manager cannot operate the place correctly. Super long wait time for super shitty food that was made wrong or wasn’t fresh. They tried to bring up the issue to there manager that decided to put all the weight on these young ladies. The last time I’m going there and if your thinking of stopping by DO NOT EAT HERE you can get a better meal ANYWHERE else than here.

Worst dining experience I’ve had. We were either blatantly ignored or treated with clear disregard—I honestly couldn’t tell which. Our drinks were incorrect, and only half of our food came out. We then waited another 20 minutes because the server failed to place the full order. After that, we stood waiting another 20 minutes just to get our ticket. The restaurant was fully staffed, yet employees looked directly at us and never once offered help or checked in. Completely unacceptable service.

This was the last time I eat at a BWW. I’ve eaten better food at a gas station. Service was nice but she was bad at her job. Got over charged on drinks. We paid way more than this was worth. The table next to us got up and left after waiting for service. Food was old and cold. The franchise as a whole isn’t very good but this place was the worst one I’ve been to.

This was a takeout order. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this was enough I’ll probably never go to this location again.
My husband got an order of wings with some fries. I just wanted a Caesar salad. I’ve had the salads here before so I knew generally what to expect.
They said the order would be ready at 6:20. A few times of “yours is the next one up” and it came at 6:35. Understandable if they are busy, I don’t mind waiting. But to wait that long and this is the salad I received? I had to shake it up and try to spread it out over the bottom so this picture makes it look better. 12 DOLLARS for this. Forget the fact there is nearly no dressing (which is an objective preference, that’s fine but dont they usually give it on the side?) but there is quite literally more chicken than lettuce. Glad to have the chicken but what the heck? Never again. Way too much money for maybe half a salad.
Edited to add my husband had to toss his wings. He eats excessively spicy food regularly. However they didn’t include his ranch either, and couldn’t stomach the heat without it. Disappointed and bummed all around. The food doesn’t taste bad, but reading other reviews it’s obvious this place has a staff issue, wherever that may be.
Go to another location or another restaurant entirely and save yourself the headache.

Wouldn’t know about the food, we never got seated! There was no one at the host stand, and servers weren’t that busy. I say this as someone who has worked food industry before… this is severely disappointing. The only positive I can say is that the tables did appear clean.

The hostess was very unfriendly, which set the tone right away. Our server greeted us fairly quickly, and we received our appetizer in a reasonable time, but that’s where things went downhill. After about 20 minutes, the server came by only to double-check which sauce we had ordered. Then we sat for another 40 minutes with no food.
I finally went to the bar to pay for the appetizer to leave, and the server completely ignored me for at least five minutes. I had to walk around to the back of the bar and practically yell to get his attention. When he finally responded, he acted surprised that our food hadn’t arrived yet, despite clearly avoiding eye contact with us the whole time—even while serving the table right next to us. He said his manager would come speak with me, but no one ever did.
At that point, I just paid for the appetizer and left. Overall, the service was dismissive, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.

We ordered food for takeout got back to where we’re going and it was not well-made. Call the manager and he went above and beyond to correct the error that was made Thank you so much. We really appreciate all you did to make it right.

I always rate local restaurants on a scale compared to others in that town. Dickinson BWW has definitely improved in the past years. I would hear many complaints about the service and food. My recent experience was great. The server was very friendly and prompt and made us feel welcomed. She turned the tv’s to the Jets game we wanted to watch. I have avoided this place in the past but enjoyed it so much I will make it a point to go back there and watch a football game.
