I ordered a beef and cheddar classic without red ranch and a Mac and cheese on my lunch break. I have a tomato allergy so it’s important for them to have gotten it right. After driving back to work I opened my sandwich and sure enough there’s red ranch. So I can’t eat that! Now left with only a side of Mac and cheese to eat for lunch I noticed before I even opened the container that there was something sticky all over the outside but what’s worse is that the sticky substance was also dripped inside. Fearful that it was the red ranch, I scraped it off and proceeded to eat. Upon reaching the bottom of the container I see that there is some sort of black substance along the crease of the bottom. What did I just injest? This location just single handedly ruined Arby’s for me.

Great staff never seen anyone in all other fast food take care of me like these amazing folks did I can’t wait to go back the cashier beautiful lady even gave me a few napkins and brochures without me asking with fresh hot food. I was shocked and telling my friends & family back home ⭐✨

Well….I was so excited to try ! The Chicken had a good taste. Didn’t realize it was only Legs & Thighs when I ordered the 6 piece bucket, but..ok. I kept my order. They didn’t have the spicy chicken . Had Mac & cheese (tasty), Spaghetti – reminds you of Spaghetti-O’s ( not a fan), Fries (ok taste but were not hot), Adobe rice ( ok), Gravy (ok). The Peach Mango pie was Delicious! & the Pineapple juice was Delicious!Also purchased a chicken sandwich (didn’t try it yet). The workers speak “Jolly “. Have a Jolly day! Very friendly staff & many of them to take care of orders. If they sold Wings, I’d probably go back, especially to try the Spicy chicken.

This location still is awful! Cold food, old chicken that tastes like it was reheated multiple times. Product that should have NEVER made it onto a sandwich being sold to a paying customer (old, brown, slimy lettuce and onions- the meat was like shoeleather). Nail in the coffin today. Never again from 10 & Hoover.
This location sucks. A few weeks ago we ordered a few sandwiches to go. When we pulled them out of the bag, it looked like someone punched every single one of them before they were put in the bag; Mangled, flat messes inside of each wrapping. Tonight, we picked up an order and brought it home…the Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich had NO CHICKEN on it. Like, seriously?

Never coming to this location again. For one, I placed an online order. When I get there, I asked the staff if they could make my drink without ice. They were very rude and let me know that they wouldn’t be doing “all that.”
Then, I get home and my food is extremely cold and my burger was extremely undercooked. Disgusting place with rude staff!!

Stopped at this location for the first time tonight. Not sure if they’re understaffed tonight.. but the person working the drive through didn’t give me a total at the speaker or offer to upsize my order, and didn’t say hello, thank you or ask what sauce I wanted when I was at the window (they told me the total only), but included 2 of ea in the bag.
The amount of fries in the Large Curly Fry I ordered is comparable to a size small (photo shows actual amount, incl fries at bottom of bag), and the double roast beef I ordered is half the size. C’mon!
There was 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through, approx 9pm on Sat Aug 24th.
One or two of these things wouldn’t warrant writing a criticizing review.

I’ve never had bad service at this location and the order has always been correct. Just about every time, an employee has brought the order out from behind the counter and handed it directly to me.
The only issue is the roast beef sandwiches are never hot. They are warm. Even when I sat down in the restaurant and this has been at all of the Arby’s I have been to. You do have the best cheese sticks around!
