Had ordered a taco burger combo with nacho cheese fries and the gave me a small piece of slice cheese which it wasn’t even any cheese at all very disappointing to come home to this I did call but nobody answered my order number was 375 12/29/2025 6:19pm

Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for one cheeseburger and fry. I arrived and ordered at 6:25 with two people in front of me. They get called pretty fast and the time starts to tick by. I wait 25 minutes before getting back in line to see about how much longer it would be. I asked the lady and she said “well there’s only one of me not sure what to tell ya. You’ll be called when your order is ready.” (She appeared to be an elderly woman with long gray hair pulled back into a ponytail).
I don’t mind waiting at all but if it’s going to be 30 minutes for ONE cheeseburger it would be really nice if they could let customers ordering know that. I’m not sure if they were slammed with DoorDash/uber eats or what but there were never more than a few people there ordering while I was there waiting.
I get to the car and look at my “Large Fry” and it’s a small at any other fast food establishment. Would not recommend.

I’m from out of town & decided to grab a quick bite & this place is fire! I got a chili cheese fry, grilled cheese supreme with bacon & 2 taco burgers. I come to the south valley frequently for family visits & i for sure am coming back to this place.

On Friday december 19th at approximately 5:05 pm I ordered my food at the front window and there was a strong odor of Marijuana smoke inside the building. I told the girl that was taking my order and she didn’t seem to care. When I got home and opened my bag, there was a strong odor of marijuana in my food, that is very unprofessional and any business should not be run like this. I will never go back there again. I will be calling management.

It was blah. My burger looked like was a pancake reject. It was flat enough. The fries were fine but I only get to have 1 or 2 burgers a year and it just was not worth. I had the Rancho burger. It is a classic but it failed to live up to the hype.

Only modifiers are literally just “no onions, add cheese and they get it wrong 9/10 times (I’m keeping count.). The only thing that keeps me coming back is that the burgers are so good! Service, not so much.

Not sure how this was ever voted best burger in ABQ, but I tried it and was moderately disappointed. The double bacon cheeseburger I ordered was overcooked beyond belief, lacked flavor, no pepper or salt was used during cooking. Good quality bacon was used but as far as mayo, ketchup, mustard, the burger was dry. The onion rings were freshly cooked, hot and flavorful, but again, no salt added upon removing from deep fryer.
The eating area in the parking area fo the east of the business was disgusting. People have urinated on the tables, benches. Remnants of food from previous days lies upon the table tops uncleaned. The company really should hire a company to pressure wash the business and common areas on a regular basis.
Was it edible? Yes. Was it good? Meh. Will I be back? No.
