We only waited about 15 min. Was sat and saw a booth open but we had to go back on the wait to get it. We have two small children and wanted to have a booth but I assume it was too cumbersome. So we sat at table at the entrance area. Ordered the Onion Tangler to start and the girls ordered Chicken tenders and we ordered the Strawberry Mandarin salad-enjoyed glasses of Pinot Grigio’s. Service was great and ambiance as well. We saw the GM Haynes cleaning and clearing tables. He stayed busy with his staff the entire visit. Excellent leader! We love dining here and can’t wait to go back! The girls love it as well!

Longhorn Steakhouse admittedly had a bit of an uphill battle with me in particular, because I wasn’t exactly Craving anything but it was somewhere we haven’t been in a good while. With that in mind, we were seated promptly. We had just missed the lunch rush and our waitress was efficient. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms (divine, btw) and the bread was warm and beautifully baked with a light crunch to the crust and subtle, grainy sweetness. The salads were fresh, and attractively plated, and my husband got dessert – which he enjoyed. I got the chicken tenders, which were nicely fried, but white meat tends to be dry in my opinion and I could have asked for a 2nd dipping sauce – but didn’t. Again, I wasn’t really Craving anything, and possibly would have preferred an appetizer sampler vs a meal – because the appetizer and bread were really stellar.

This is a great steak place. Ordered on the app and they brought it to my vehicle. Very nice staff.

We came here the other day for my sons first birthday and brought her parents to eat here. They are from North Carolina. We have eaten here before and we love it but her dad said he didn’t like longhorn because it is no good in the city they’re from. We insisted and we came they got mushroom gravy on their steak and he loved it. I got the longhorn and it’s the most expensive steak item you can get but worth it! The waitress checked on us constantly and she was super nice. The manager even came through a couple times and checked on everybody. We got a booth and it was perfect for our 1 year old. Can you set between us and ate some of my mac and cheese and some of her mashed potatoes. It was good food at a good place with good people. I recommend eating here if you have the time and money.

This is unfairly poor because it is one of the best restaurants around. That said with a few tweaks it would be perfect. The place is always very cold. We bring coats and blankets. The second big problem is the spices. Sometimes the chefs just overdo it. My wife’s French fries had to be sent back last time because we’re so salty. My steak was perfect except it it needed half the seasoning. I LOVE their braised Brusselsprouts. This last time they were so salty it was hard to finish. I would say the place is a little dark, but lots of people want that. If they would lighten the seasoning and turn up the heat it would straight 5s. Honestly if you asked them to back off the seasoning they would. These are quite nitpicky, because you can make it a good experience with a few requests. They aren’t going to warm it up, bring a jacket.

Our waitress was very nice but we only saw her a few times. My baked potato was pretty firm but edible. Not as good as usual but they were slammed. Could be why.

Our family attended the soft open tonight. Overall I’d say they’re having a very successful open. Service was smooth, food came out prompt and fresh. Service was excellent and everyone was super friendly and attentive. The steak I had (porterhouse) was a cut that melted in my mouth. It’s unfortunate that it was over seasoned. It didn’t really stop me from enjoying it and it wasn’t worth sending back, though I would have if I were paying for it. The appetizer (shrimp) was a bit over seasoned as well, and the mushrooms were so salty I couldn’t finish them. My wife’s ribs were 100% on point, moist and tender with a nicely carmelized honey BBQ sauce (not smoked ribs, just steakhouse style) and perfectly seasoned. Overall I enjoyed it and we’ll probably try them again.
Oh and our hostess had a steer skull tattooed on her arm. Now THAT’S a brand-devoted employee!!!

I’m always so glad I stopped here, whether for dinner or just appetizers and drinks. The food is really GOOD! The staff is always spectacular, friendly, attentive and fast, and the table doesn’t ever lack anything even when it’s busy. Last night Macenzie helped my table. I would ask for her again.

Overpriced for the quality and service you get. If you do come, cancel all plans the rest of the day. We sat at about 630 and got our food at 745ish. The service is horrendous, rarely checked our drinks. The bread they give you to kill time waiting was hard and nasty, they gave us the bread then five minutes later got the knife to cut the bread. The food we waited an hour+ for was partly raw and my burger was mediocre and tasted pre-made. They forgot my double bacon and apparently they don’t carry jalapenos. So I left still hungry and thirsty. The mac and cheese wasnt cooked through and was still somewhat hard. I’m only leaving a two star cause when we did see our waiter he was nice and brought my cousin ice cream for his birthday. I dont reccomend, highly overpriced for mediocre quality and service.

I never complain but the manager and waitress made what was to be a great day for our cheerleaders and parents and hard working coach’s a unforgettable experience that was horrible, the children’s bill was 400.00 dollars, it was paid with a debit card plus a 80.00 dollar cash tip being left on the table, when the waitress seen that the tip wasn’t on the debit card she assumed she didn’t get tipped, the waitress started crying then the manager comes over to our table and ask for a tip , very rude !!!! Plus all the parents tipped her . Didn’t end there this waitress Breanna Zirkle gos on social media criticizing our cheerleading, talking about how they were dressed and where they were from and saying she didn’t get a tip and that’s a lie !!!! She also had the nerve to post pictures of our kids on social media so if this is the kind of service the Longhorn offers we will never eat there again.
