Went to this location on New Years Day 2026 10am and was greeted by the rudest cashier. As I started ordering almost everything I asked for they did not have, I was very understanding and said that it was fine whatever they had. As I was asking questions about the menu the tone of the cashier switched as if she was irritated, I haven’t been to Starbucks before so I was trying something new. She continued to cut me off while talking then mid order had someone else come finish taking my order. The other staff members were easygoing and warm. It was just that one barista which I’m sure is the same one from the other reviews. Got a matcha pink drink and it tasted so separated and watered down. In total we spent almost $30 and the only thing that tasted edible was the bagel. I hate to leave these kind of reviews but I was severely disappointed with the service received, highly don’t recommend this location.

I mobile ordered around 6:25pm. Literally 5 minutes later they had all 3 of my drinks ready and my egg bites. What are y’all some wizards or something? I’m so pleased with my experience. Whoever made my shaken espresso is amazing. I would come here again.

There is one barista there that is unbelievably rude for no reason. Ive seen other bad reviews on here and im sure it’s about her. I believe it’s a girl but I’m not 100%, she doesn’t wear a name tag because of the people who complain about her I’m sure. She’s small, white, short brown hair with a boyish haircut and wears glasses. Very skinny. Teeth are gapped. She was working on Monday 12/22 at 12:45pm. She was rude the last time and I brushed it off as her just having a bad day, but this time she was so rude and rolled her eyes when handing the drink. I had the Starbucks app to pay and she scanned my phone and then said “how are you going to pay”. “I thought this was the payment method” I said and she rolled her eyes, glared at me, and said “okay well you didn’t do it right how am I supposed to know what you want”. And for NO REASON. Thats the crazy part. I rolled up to the window and she didn’t greet and just thrusts the drink in your face with the most disgusted face. Just unbelievable. I don’t expect to have my day ruined when I go to Starbucks. I just wanted coffee. Why work here if you hate it and hate people so much? She needs to be fired immediately.

This Starbucks is incredible! I purchased 2 drinks and as soon as I got home my daughter spilled one of them. I called and they offered to make a new one and I was able to pick it right back up. Thank you so much for making our day!

The coffee was not coffee at all. I bought a tall cappuccino and the first time, the gave ne the cup I would say 60% foam. It weight as much as an empty cup. I went back in to ask if they can make it again and the second time I got hot milk. That’s it…. no coffee taste at all. I just wasn’t returned again. Wasn’t worth my time. $6 for warm milk. Not returning here again.

English muffin cheddar sandwich was horrible taste like it came from inside a jimmy dean box.. I got a refresher the mango lemonade thing and I took like 6 swallows of the drink lord behold the drink was gone hell of ice for no reason….. I threw the cup in the parking lot never will go back again ima stick to Chick-fil-A !!!

This is my go-to Starbucks. I come here almost every weekday during lunch. And I’m not gonna lie – most of the time it’s great, which is why today really stood out.

The drive-thru staff (white, bob/curly/brown hair, w/ glasses) around 1 PM today (12/22) was incredibly poor-mannered. No greeting, no eye contact, and a very condescending tone. She was just giving out so much negative energy – like she was being forced to work against her will.

Glad to see someone else mentioned the same issue in a recent review, so it’s clearly not just me. Yes, everyone has bad days, but basic courtesy goes a long way – especially when your job is literally CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered a coffee to go and brought my small 6-pound puppy with me.
If I were going to drink it there, I would’ve sat outside on the patio, but since it was to go, I waited inside for just a few minutes. I was holding my dog on my lap the entire time—not on the floor or on a chair.
But when my drink was ready, the staff told me I couldn’t bring my dog inside. That really upset me.
If they can’t even tolerate a small dog being held on someone’s lap for just a few minutes while waiting for a to-go order, then I have no reason to come back to this store again.
