It took 45 minutes to get my food 15 wings crispy the server that took my order. Returned one more time before my food was done then Somebody else brings my food. I was never asked if I wanted anything like blue cheese or ranch. They just put ranch on the plate. I go to grab a hold of some of the wings and they are not hot at all. I grabbed one more and it’s actually ice cold so I had to track somebody down to turn it back in so I can get them redone and behold the woman that brought out my first order is The manager me personally would not have brought this food to a table I never seen my server until she stopped by and said how was everything I said there’s no plates here there’s no empty stuff here. I never got anything. It was cold. She said you want me to get them redone. I said I’m still waiting for them. So I decided to leave because it took another 45 minutes to cook my wings. It was not that busy I shouldn’t have been forgotten and they really should not have had such bad service I paid for the drink in the shop $13 and change I paid them a 20 so y’all need this one because you might not have your job much longer lady she didn’t seem to care she said do you want me to take the wings off, I said I’m not paying for them so you do what you want.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. We waited almost an hour for a server to take our drink order. They were busy and we were more than patient and understanding. Servers walked by repeatedly and ignored us while other tables were served. We finally left and spent our money elsewhere. Management and owners… listen to your patrons and train your people to make guests feel valued.

When we got there it wasn’t busy and most of the tables were dirty. The person greeted us and took us to a dirty table where we stood beside a seated table of guests while she cleaned it off. The waitress had to be told numerous times of things she forgot that was ordered and the food was subpar. The wings weren’t half covered in sauce and most of the 5 meals were luke warm temp by the time we got it.

Food was cold. Waiter was all over the place and had to be reminded about everything; refills, forgot our appetizer, food came out cold and they weren’t busy at all. BW3s across the nation have REALLY fallen as far as quality. Sad to post this because we used to love going there and getting some good wings but the quality and service continues to decline.

We will not be visiting this restaurant again! We were there over an hr before getting our food. Our waitress was slow as a snail. We had our drinks & a refill (finally) before getting our appetizers & we were told we’d get silverwear & napkins when we got our entrées! WHAT. Went in Monday at 7:30 and went to the bar area, there were plenty of of available tables but half of them needed cleaned . The only bartender was trying to to do everything but couldn’t keep up . A guy came into the area and started to clean the tables and he never did acknowledge us we never did get waited on. We got up and left , I asked the counter person for the manager .The same guy came out that was in the bar area identified himself as the manager . He explained he had an employee shortage problem . It’s absolutely not acceptable for this time of year .The manager isn’t capable of multi -tasking . Hope you get a new manager. Oh , and by the way the manager said so what call his supervisor !

Normally this location is fairly quick to take orders and get food out, even during rushes. On 10/5/25 I arrived with 2 friends around 8:00PM and we were seated fairly quickly. We then sat at our table for close to 30 minutes with no one coming up to us. We didn’t even get to order drinks because literally zero employees stopped by after we were sat down. The restaurant was not busy, most of the tables on the dining room were open. I try to be patient, but to wait 30 minutes during a slow part of the night with ZERO employee interaction baffles me.

Overheard one of the ladies complaining about no tip for my takeout order… When did it become the norm to demand tips for takeout with no service? Pretty ironic that they then also forgot the celery that should have came with my order.
Also, stick to the bone-in wings as their boneless wings have consistently been some of the saddest little pieces of meat I’ve seen.

Over the last year, I’ve probably spent a good $100 on items I don’t receive. Customer service is non existent, you get a generic “someone will contact you” but they never do. If my daughter didn’t love Bdubs wings I would never come here. I’m always nice and always tip well regardless of how I order but you order for pick up and check for missing items and they get an attitude, you order for delivery with missing items and you’re SOL, you dine in and you wait 20 minutes before you’re seated then wait even longer for a server and even longer for your food. Ridiculous, this will be the next chain to close in Springfield.
