Our dinner experience was excellent Sunday night at 7pm. We were promptly greeted and sat down. We had a set of male twins as servers. They were top notch. The salad bar was amazing as always. We did the dinner for two. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli were tender and tasty as well. 10/10 as always, and highly recommended. The Beaufort restaurant is just as Fabulous.

My wife and I went to this “steakhouse” on Valentine’s Day (last night). We saw good reviews and went in the restaurant expecting an AVERAGE steak, a fun salad bar, and a generally good evening. My wife and I don’t need a super fancy restaurant or perfect food but what we got was far below average. All the staff (except our waiter, who was wonderful) like they didn’t want to be there. That alone wouldn’t have been enough for me to leave a review but when we got our RIBEYE steaks, my wife’s steak was VERY rare, after she ordered medium rare. I, of course, requested that it just be cooked a little more, to her original request of medium rare. The waiter apologized, said no problem, then came back 3-4 minutes later with an extremely well-done steak—practically inedible. (See picture) Bottom line, if you’re going to call your restaurant “Ribeyes Steakhouse”… the kitchen staff should be able to consistently make a cooked-to-order steak. It’s as simple as getting the internal temperature. Doesn’t take very long at all. Just cook the steak to the proper internal temperature for the requested wellness. Sad excuse for “steakhouse” kitchen staff.

Really nice dining experience. Dining area was spotless and decorated beautifully. Fireplace added a cozy feel to dinner. Salad bar was fresh and crisp and had a really good variety. Food was prepared perfectly. Perfect temp. Mixed drinks were spot on. Extremely nice restaurant. The real gem however was Linda B, our server. True professional and such a lovely person to meet while traveling. Linda really made our experience memorable.

Low end restaurant disguised as a great steakhouse. Poor customer service, probably the worst I’ve had in a long time, and that says a lot. They ran out of hamburger buns, so they replaced it with “Texas toast”, the burger was just bad, don’t offer that item until you get your supplies. For a steakhouse, the side items are disappointing, you are telling me that you are going to give me a piece of toast as a side item when I’m spending $49 for a plate? Please… The grilled chicken was ok, my husband disliked his burger. Don’t get me started on the salad bar… I would recommend for this restaurant to offer gloves to those that want unlimited salad bar, people were just touching things with their nasty hands, and it really grossed me out. I will not be coming back at all.

I ordered 2 cheesecakes from this restaurant on door dash. One was described as a cheesecake with berry sauce on top and the other was a sweet potato maple cheesecake (which was more expensive). When the order came to the house, it was two plain cheesecakes with a message written on the styrofoam box saying they were out of the sweet potato maple. There was no berry sauce on either cheesecake. I believe I should have been notified ahead of time that I wouldn’t be getting for the item I paid extra for. The cheesecakes were dry and this experience makes me never want to try this restaurant again.

I’ve been coming here for about a decade now. I think they have the best all you can eat salad bar around, it’s always clean and organized and the steaks are yummy in my tummy. If you are a meat eater, carnivore alpha male, this is the place. My wife seems to think it’s a bit pricey, but that’s the price you pay for eating steak, ribeye cooked just right. Of course my wife thinks I’m a knuckle dragging caveman anyway. My kids of course don’t care much for it, but they aren’t as carnivores as I am.
The atmosphere is a little dated and reminds me of a place my parents took me as a kid. This place fills my belly and makes me happy.

Oh my gosh! The customer service is so great! Gianna was so nice to me! Almost at closing time I messed up my order, and called to fix it, and she worked it out and got it fixed. She was so kind!!

Came in for lunch to go today. I ordered the 8 ounce Surf and Turf. When I got home to eat for lunch, everything was still warm and the food was absolutely incredible! Prepared to perfection and utterly delicious! One of the best meals I have had in a very long time! My sincere compliments to the staff, owners and the chef! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

The food was excellent, anytime I ordered meat like a chicken breast I cut into the middle first to make sure it was cooked throughout the chicken. Second I cut a small piece and tasted it, this is called the ( rubber) test. Most meat is overcooked especially chicken and shrimp this applies to. My order was perfect and my friend’s shrimp were done just right. Our service was accommodating and pleasant. The building probably could use a re-model. Parking is not an issue, the massive parking lot is good-sized, and ample room between spaces.
