Pros: We’ve had the same waitress the last three visits. Very attentive and personable. Order was exactly as we requested. I also like that every visit, a manager will swing by your table to see how you are enjoying your visit.

quickly seated, good atmosphere. waitress was friendly and quick. Very happy with our burgers were very good.Happy they have options for lettuce wraps on any burger. Husband enjoyed the onion ring tower a lot. We will be back!

We usually love Red Robin (although I still miss the potroast sandwich). The waitress was less than interestes in prociding good service. We gave her the whole order but asked that she put in the appetizer order first and then the meal order. We had the app for 4 minutes and then the meal was delivered. Drinks were delivered without straws shake and rootbeer float. Which the rootbeer float was sad with only a little bit of ice cream and only half full with rootbeer and the reat in a second cup. The burgers were not that great and we know how good they should have been. We had to flag down the waitress for the check. She didnt check in on us for the refills or to make sure all was good. Overall a very unfortunate visit that cost quite a bit of money with apps and special drinks and the main meal. For two people on a quiet night.

Ome of my favorite chain burger joints. Food is always good, service is always solid. Even on busy nights, the staff usually does an excellent job. Great tap beer selection, for a “non bar”. The bacon fondue burger is probably my all time favorite “limited time burgers”, and the Tavern burger is a munu staple that you have to try. The sauce is amazing, and os great on fries and onion rings as well. Large parking area, easy on and out of the to go area, and a seperate room that easily accommodates large parties.
We have also learned recently that the Bartonsville location also offers a “Dine and Donate” program for local non profits to raise funds. The restaurant donates 20% of all proceeds to the fundraiser from sales on a selected night. All the customer has to do is let their server know that they are there for the dine and and donate fundraiser.

The server was horrible. Lost half our order, had to ask several times for silverware, plates and our drinks from the bar. Blamed the mistake on the new computer system. Couldn’t find a manager to fix the problem. Management should re-train their staff!!! Definitely won’t be back anytime soon!! Shame on you Red Robin!!!

I had a great experience at Red Robin! The food was delicious, the burgers were cooked perfectly, and everything came out hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, upbeat atmosphere, perfect for a casual night out with family. Definitely one of my favorite spots for burgers and bottomless fries. Highly recommend!

Our waitress was nice.Not mean, but the appetizers came out after our meals… So we ate our meals then by the time we got to our appetizers they where cold.. hey at 12-15 dollars each I want them hot… Dirty dishes sat on table the entire time. Waitress never asking for a refill on our beverages. I got the $10 burger big deal.What a mistake greasy burgers. I’d rather have gotten a McDonald’s burger.. I like the atmosphere.. but don’t get that burger deal..

We had a large group(18) and the waitress Crystal did a great job, smiling and helpful.
It was a busy Saturday evening but nice atmosphere of happy families along with others.( a good sign )
The wait was long ( arrived at 6:15 and had reservations, but left at 9:00 pm ♀️).
The restaurant gave baskets of french fries for the wait- brilliant!! And they were appreciated.
Most people loved their food. I got the Benzai? Burger which sadly was underwhelming, thin and overcooked pineapple slice ♀️
Still enjoyed going and will recommend. Friend with ribs liked them, but thought they may have been a little overcooked.

When we pulled up, it was literally like a ghost town in the parking lot. I was nervous. We waited for a little for my other party and no one came yet. But we went in.
Let me tell you that the garlic fries were simply amazing. That sauce dripped into my chicken strips and made them even better. (HINT HINT RED ROBIN )
They didn’t disappoint with the bottomless root beer floats. I don’t drink them, but my family did.
