BLUF: if Hooters is still in bankruptcy, they should just go ahead close down and let another entrepreneur use the real-estate to build something good!
It was a Monday evening, not busy at all. I was seated immediately, and my order was taken. It took awhile to get my beer. After that the waitress evening came back for my regular order. I ordered 5 tenders tossed in medium sauce. About 20 minutes later, the tenders came out. I got 3 tenders with no sauce. The server acknowledged that it was only 3 and brought 2 more a few minutes later, but still no buffalo sauce. Asked again for sauce and she eventually brought some out and apologized for getting distracted. So on the 2nd request she brought some. So overall, Zaxby’s has far better tenders and its cheaper. When the bill came, they still charged me extra for the 2 extra lenders and extra for the sauce.
Since it is Hooters, let’s talk about the servers appearance. All I can say it, its okay to wash your hair every once in a while and make your appearance presentable!
The manager came by once right after I sat down. All he said was “are you okay”. I didn’t know who he was at first. It wasn’t until he was walking to the next table that I figured out who he was. How about introducing yourself?
Overall, this didn’t feel like an “off night”. It felt like a faltering business that need some major improvements or just close your doors for good.

The food was amazing and the waitress was absolutely incredible! We had a birthday party for my 6 year old and I will ask for Aleyah time and time again! She was incredibly patient, helpful and she was very aware of what was going on! She ended up dealing with a pretty ugly customer but her, the manager, and several customers stood up and escorted him out. While also making the rest of the customers and My family and kids feel safe! Will be visiting again!
ETA: they even gave the birthday boy a hat and rubber duck! Made his day even more fun!

there’s a frequent patron who takes a table but does not seem like he orders much. he also seems to carry a smell and a persistent cough. he may be advised to see a physician. his presence makes dining a tough experience.

If you are hungry and need a good drink in a cold air conditioned building go next door to Applebees and see Mariah the bartender! Took me well over an hour and a half to get a burger and the twelve people who ordered AFTER me all got their food and ate BEFORE my meal even left the kitchen! A good server would have known to check up on my order! I was there for bike night and that will be the last time I’ll be back! No wonder there is a “WE’RE OPEN,” sign outside!!! Applebees took my order and delivered my same burger order with a prompt cocktail in twelve minutes and had the best service!

Stop by Hooters to grab some wings i should of kept going the outside looks like crap so does the insulide. When i went in all the waitresses were hang at at table chilling. The manager was at the bar just kicking it with on of the waitresses that wasn’t on duty all on her instagram page flashing it at her. The manger was singing songs out loud and didn’t seem to care what was going on around him. The white guy that was cooking was steady eating and touch the walls, counters, and even his phone with gloves on and then making people’s plates. I had a hair in my food showed it to the waitress she didnt even let the manger know she just took my money and told me have a nice day. One of the worst Hooters I have been too.

So disappointed!! We are Hooters biggest fans !! But this location is so disappointing . Servers not in check . Female bartender not in check . I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was so awful . We have come here many times but won’t be back

Did not receive food, arrived at 5 pm and ordered a to-go order of wings and a sandwich. 50 minutes at the bar with no update or acknowledgement of my order. When I asked, I was told that there was a BIG ORDER that came in so I guess my small TO-GO order an hour ago was forgotten about.
Bartender was not professional and seemed “over it” when I asked for a refund. She really acted as if they didn’t need the money and judging by a fairly empty establishment on a Sunday afternoon during NFL games tells me all I need to know.
By reading previous reviews this is par for the course. At the very least the manager on duty was polite yet seemed slightly disinterested in the issue.
