Came here on February 10th at 12:32am and the girl with braid in her hair was very rude she gave me a cracked cone. And gave me attitude I will be calling corporate as well. And the blonde chick she didn’t give me my receipt
UPDATE: they still suck at cooking food, an entire drive through just got sent to the extra parking spots that shouldn’t be there. Again would give 0 stars. I had the simplest order known to man, 2 plain cheeseburgers…
Their prices are outrageous compared to other McDonald’s in the area
Wait times are much longer than a typical McDonald’s
And food quality in general seems sub par compared to other locations, especially the fries, always seem cold and under salted
O’Keefe family only cares about their bottom line and I would tell anybody considering going here to drive the extra 2.5 miles and go to the North ave location for cheaper, better McDonald’s with better customer service.
I come to this McDonald’s in Villa Park on st Charles rd. Before 9:30 am on 11/10.
I was standing at the register for a long time, waiting for service. Seems like I must’ve been waiting at least 2 minutes for someone to come to the register.
As soon as a second customer walks in, then the female cashier approaches the the register and starts taking his order, but he told her I was there ahead him. Then she finally took my order first….
I wasn’t upset about who’s first in line.
I was mainly upset and waiting patiently a long time at the counter for someone to come to take my order and I was the only one standing there at that time waiting & waiting, till another customer walks in, the a cashier approaches the register and proceeds to take his order as if i was invisible.
Sometimes I wondered how much longer would I’ve waited for service if I was still standing there alone without any other customer walking in?
Will I ever get service?
Will I continued to be ignored till the next customer walks in?
Unfortunately, it seemed the message didn’t reach the back because the employees were laughing and gossiping so loudly that I could hear them clearly from my car. I was asked to pull forward and wait for my two drinks a smoothie and a coffee and ended up waiting about five minutes, which felt excessive for two small beverages. After driving off, I realized my coffee had no cream or sugar, despite the employee at the window specifically asking for it.
It’s disappointing because mobile orders are meant to be quick and smooth, especially when customers are short on time. A bit more focus and professionalism from the team would really make a difference there’s a time and place for conversations, but not when it starts affecting customer service and order accuracy.
Hopefully, management can address this so that the experience matches the convenience the app is supposed to offer.
