Pho Saigon is an amazing spot for authentic Vietnamese flavors. Both the veg pho and chicken pho were outstanding — rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. The broth had great depth, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. Their chicken sandwich was one of the best I’ve had — perfectly toasted, crispy on the outside, and flavorful inside. It truly stood out. The service was good and attentive, with staff making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, a fantastic place for pho and more — definitely worth visiting again.

The food is not bad, although I think it used to be slightly better. My family enjoyed the soy milk, the bun bo hue is okay, the beef stew noodle was also okay- the meat was tender the broth better than the bun bo hue, the bo luc lac was good and they enjoyed that. The spring roll was a nice size and tasted fresh. The fried eggroll seems thinner and tasted okay.

My experience here was such a disappointment.
I came from out of town to visit my family and decided to go out for lunch at this restaurant. My mom had ordered pho but she felt the noodles were too hard and undercooked so she complained about it to one of the waiters. They didn’t offer an apology or to remake it, just took it back to microwave it which didn’t make much of a difference.
After paying for our meals, (the cashier insisted that we didn’t have to pay for my mom’s pho since she wasn’t satisfied), the owner/manager came out and started yelling and going off on my mom, said a bunch of mean things and told her to leave and never come back if she didn’t like their food. Like excuse me?? How can you speak to your customers this way? We were shocked. It was an embarrassment to watch a grown man get aggressive like that and nobody there would intervene or correct his behavior. My mom did not deserve to be spoken to with such disrespect.
If anything, we should have been pissed about our service, but she’s too nice and still left a tip even though it was not deserved. You don’t have to agree with your customer’s feedback but disrespecting them is not the answer.
There are plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants in Houston with better quality food that value their customers and are not rude to them, so don’t waste your time here.

Been going here for a few years and the food is always spot on! The food flavors are authentic, quantity large. I have received the same taste each time, a huge shout out to their chef and the entire staff, they truly work as a team!

This is my go to for charbroiled chicken, beef, pho, noodle soup and Vietnamese iced coffe in the sugarland area! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the value for money is great! I usually get a combo(no. 55 is my favorite) and for 14 dollars I can add a whole pound of their charbroiled chicken toy meal and its ALOT of food! I’m 6’1 250lbs and its easily enough food for me! Love this place, food is always fresh and clean, the soups are amazing!!!

This is the best place for Vietnamese food. I usually go for lunch here. Lady who runs the resturant is so amazing, her main motto is customer satisfication. She know you after your first visit. You feel very welcomed here.

Visiting friends and swung by here for dinner. Place was quiet and very clean. Staff is friendly and they remember their regulars. A few families were here enjoying the food and ambience. I got 2 egg rolls which were really good. Served very quickly and food was hot. Friends both ordered the #57 which is their go to, so obviously it’s good. I ordered the 57 I, and got a shock when this mound of fried rice arrived. While it’s very good, be advised that it’s ALLOT of rice. This item is best shared. Pho broth is very good also. Definitely will come again.

This restaurant had lots of seating. I got a pho bo vien and it was definitely refreshing. This place had everything you can expect from a pho place. It was clean inside and service was quick.
